  This well-appointed studio is the perfect size for a couple or for a family with no more than two small children. The building is steps away from the beach which can be seen from the balcony. We have stayed in other Sandestin properties before, and this undoubtedly has the best pool in the resort with its waterfall and spacious deck. The owners could not be nicer or easier to work with! Any questions we had were answered immediately, and they stayed in contact with us to keep us updated on needed codes to access the property and the apartment. We loved the location which is close to the Silver Sands shopping center, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and many delightful dining establishments. Other than clothes and a few groceries, everything we needed was provided! The condominium was in pristine condition upon our arrival. The unit was located on the 8th floor, which provided privacy and a quiet atmosphere. Parking was easily accessible and secure. It was a lovely place to stay; I would definitely recommend it to friends and family members. Thank you for a great vacation!

  Highly recommend the condo and the owner! Owner was so very accommodating, as well as quick to respond to questions about location. Great view from condo of the water, just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Pool is awesome and huge, along with hot tub was great too by the pool. You are short distance from just about anything you want to do or see. I cannot say enough about owner, great to work with and rent from!

  My husband and I and our 2 year old daughter came to this lovely condo for a week in September. We loved it! It was spacious and very clean with a nice ocean view. We loved using the umbrella and beach chairs! We enjoyed the pool at the resort as well as all of the beautiful landscaping. The kitchen area was great for preparing food and snacks for the beach and was even stocked with a few unexpected things such as a screwdriver! --Which was a lifesaver when we didn't realize we needed one for a surprise toy we got for our daughter to install the batteries!!!! We really enjoyed this place and definitely plan on returning!

  In considering a place to stay at Sandestin, we were looking for a nice, small, affordable place for a family of 3. While doing my research, the owner was wonderful to talk to and helped me get to know the property well. Because of the great reviews, price, and the fact that the room came with beach chairs and umbrellas we ended up choosing this studio condo. The room was perfect for my husband and I with our 1 year old boy. It was basically 'baby proof' so we didn't have to worry about that. The umbrella was great for our little guy on the beach and the fridge and kitchenette were the perfect size for preparing food. The community BBQ was very useful too. The owner worked with us in coordinating a rental pack 'n play, with check in and out being just a easy as coming and going from your own condo. We had no problems and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the seamless, comfortable, wonderful vacation!

  We stayed here for a weekend wedding and paid less than the average 3+ star hotel. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and Luau's pool is great. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with the whole process. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a good deal in the Sandestin resort.

  My wife and I spent three nights in the condo during late September 2011. The unit was quite clean and provided all the room we needed for our short trip. We were very relieved to find the condo unit and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bathroom had ample towels The kitchenette has a small refrigerator and coffee pot (including filters). That was all we needed since we ate out for every meal - one of the primary purposes of a beach trip - Who needs a kitchen?? We enjoyed the pool - it looks great. The walk to the beach is quick - might make a little difference if we would have had our three little granddaughters along on the trip. Overall, we were pleased with the unit. The owner was very pleasant and made the rental process quite simple. We would certainly recommend the unit for couples and maybe one to two small children. The Sandestin area is beautiful. We rode bikes one day. We walked two mornings for breakfast in the Village (Another Broken Egg). The walk is not that bad - allows you to not feel that guilty about eating such a big breakfast.

  We stayred here for a convention being held at the Hilton. Luia is right across the street from the Sandestin Hilton. We walked back and forth, no problem. Room was as nice as the HIlton for a good bit less money. That was our decision maker. Great underground shaded parking. Owner responded quickly and has everything organized for you with simple instructions. We will stay here next year if we attend the convention.

  Would highly recommend this property. Very clean and well maintained. he owner was very easy to work with. Elmo's east of Sandestin on 30A was great and not a long wait. Great snowcrab. Also Harry T's in Destin at Harbor Walk. Private Gallery in the Commons at Destin has beautiful clothing and great accessories.

  This is the perfect place for a couple's getaway. Plenty of room for 2 even 3 and had a great view of the Gulf and surrounding property. The owner is very friendly and qucik to respond. Looking forward to coming back soon :-)

  We totally enjoyed our stay in Destin. Condo is as described. Location is great as well as the pool. Beautiful grounds. Very short walk to the beach. Lisa was very easy to deal with. We would definately stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!!
