Why the Owner Chose Gainey Ranch
Gainey Ranch is very quite and private. Each section of the development is gated for added privacy. Our unit is located at the very end of property on the 2nd tee box of the Lakes Course at Gainey Ranch. The views of the course and mountains are spectacular. The location is the best part of this property, 20 min to airport and walking distance to shopping, dining, and you can walk to the clubhouse to play golf. Gainey Golf Club has 27 holes of golf and a great Clubhouse. The Estate Club has a gym, tennis, swimming pool, library and fitness classes. We are 10 min to north Scottsdale and 10 min to south Scottsdale. Both areas have fabulous shopping and dinning.
