We have 2 Beautiful Morro Bay vacation rentals to choose from in the “heart of town” and walking distance to the Embarcadero. If you are looking for clean, comfortable and well appointed vacation rentals in Morro Bay, we have you covered! .
Our properties are called Bayview I & II and are two spacious homes located in the heart of Morro Bay where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Morro Rock, spectacular sunsets from the harbor and walk to just about everything; beaches, restaurants, shops, movies, antique shops, and the popular Embarcadero.
Bayview I & II, are spacious and very well appointed. They are located on the same lot and are perfect for groups that may require two homes close to one another These 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath homes will easily accommodate 8 people each. The master bedroom contains a king size bed with your very own private bathroom. The bedrooms downstairs include a queen size bed and two twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate two more. An additional person may stay for an additional per night fee.
Both homes come fully furnished, with stylish decor throughout. Everything is there for your enjoyment and customer service is our priority. Fully stocked kitchens include: a microwave, dishwasher, and a full array of basic cooking utensils. Among our other amenities are: Satellite TV, VCR, Stereo, BBQ Grill, Gas Fireplace, Internet, Washer/Dryer, two car garage and plenty of parking.
These homes are all ideal places to gather for that annual family reunion, accommodations for wedding guests or a vacation with friends you have not seen in years. If you have a large group and are interested in reserving 2 or 3 of these homes at the same time, please contact us early so we can accommodate your request.
There are so many incredible and fun things to do in the area; Kayaking in Morro Bay with the sea otters and seals. Visit Hearst Castle which is just 30 minutes north, search the tide pools for seashells, horseback ride on the beach or go bird watching at our beautiful wild life estuary.
If you are a wine lover you can take a wine tasting tour at one of our many world renowned wineries in Paso Robles and for the golfers, don't forget we have many championship golf courses just minutes away. Most of these adventures are a comfortable drive away through beautiful rolling hills and lovely coastal views.

We came to Morro Bay to meet up with my son and his family. It was a halfway point for all of us. The house worked out perfectly with room downstairs for my son and his wife and four grandchildren and a master bedroom and private bath upstairs for us. The house was very clean and well equipped. We had a great view of Morro Rock from the living/dining room upstairs. It was an easy walk to the Embarkadero with several affordable and kid friendly places to eat. My 13-year-old granddaughter and 11-year-old grandson really enjoyed the scavenger hunt at the Natural History Museum. It was a great way to kill some time on a rainy day. The short drive to Montana de Oro State Park is well worth it. Plenty of opportunities for walking, hiking, and exploring the beaches.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We came to Morro Bay to celebrate my father’s birthday. The house was clean and so welcoming. The owner was very kind and gave us all sorts of insights into this lovely seaside village. We loved the fireplace in the front room and the comfortable beds. It really was a home away from home for us. Morro Bay is a wonderful place to get away and relax. We enjoyed the shops and the splendid food at The Galley Seafood restaurant. Watching the otters play just yards from the pier and our walk to Morro Rock are great memories. We were thrilled to find a Celtic music concert at The Red Barn in Las Osos, and enjoy a small town pot luck supper and the splendid music of Molly's Revenge. Having the mornings and evenings to ourselves and at our pace in a cozy home and not a hotel made this trip very special.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Great house! Perfect for two families, everyone has enough space. The house has everything and is in walking distance of everything you need. We walked to the bank, store, dinner and shops. Nice to have coffee at the dining table with the rock as your view. Can't wait to come back!

I am no stranger to Morro Bay, and our family and extended family have enjoyed Morro Bay and the Golf course at the State Park for many years. We were fortunate to find these two homes offered by local Terry who provides excellent very clean homes perfectly appointed and so ideally located. If you are looking for an ideal location on the central coast with just a short walk to the water and restaurants and so many activities to enjoy-surfing,beach-combing,kite-flying,fishing golf at agreat public 18 hole golf course-or just relaxing this is the place for you.!! lee

House was lovely - like new,very clean, and a great view of the rock - a perfect location for walking to the shops on the bay and farmer's market. Master bed very comfortable. The sofa bed wasn't great but we found a cot in the garage that we used the next night and it was much better -- slept 8 comfortably. Downstairs bedrooms were very convienent for the older members of our group. Gas bar-b-que was very handy as well. Great communication from owner - very easy to work with.
