Location Location Location! This cozy lower level duplex is just a short block from the sand in one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California. We are just 7 houses from the beach at 127 41st Street on the beach side of Balboa! We are just blocks from the Newport Pier, Albertsons, all the fine dining restaurants, and the basketball courts.
The home itself has a great patio in the front for entertaining or just enjoying the sun. The family room has high ceilings and a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace, and new furnishings which make it a great place to relax after a hard day at the beach or Disneyland. The kitchen newer and fully stocked and all floors are tile & wood. The Master Bedroom has one Queen bed and the second bedroom has one twin bed and bunk beds; the family room also has a queen pull out bed. There is a two-car garage with one spot in the garage and one in the rear. The free use washer & dryer are inside the garage.
By staying at our place you can enjoy the many activities that the Newport Beach Peninsula has to offer. You can enjoy surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, power boat rentals, Catalina Island cruises, Whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides and arcade, and the World Famous "Wedge" where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world can be found.
Other attractions within a short drive are Disneyland and California Adventure Park, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, Spruce Goose, and many more. And ladies don't forget to visit South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island for the fabulous shopping!

My wife and I bought this lovely duplex in 2004 and lived periodically in the upstairs and downstairs unit for 2 years. We loved to be right by the beach and enjoy that great front patio! The best part of doing the summer rentals has been meeting all the amazing families that arrive week after week. The excitment and smiles on their faces just say it all!
We now live just around the corner in Newport Shores, where we still enjoy walks on the beach with our two dogs and enjoy the relaxed family life.
This duplex was our first home and we loved every minute that we spent there. So we know that you will love it too! We have taken every measure to make this place feel like your home too! Enjoy!
