Location Location Location, This lower level duplex is just steps from the sand in one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California. Located just blocks from the Newport Pier, where dining and fishing are at its finest. The home has a great patio in front. Great for entertaining or just enjoying the sun.
The large front room has high ceilings, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and new furnishings make a great place to relax after a hard day at the beach or Disneyland. Master Bedroom has one Queen bed and second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a two-car garage with one spot in the garage and one in the rear. Laundry facilities - washer & dryer in the garage.
Inside is a newer kitchen, with all floors tile & wood detail. Please come and enjoy our Beach duplex atmosphere here on the Newport Beach Peninsula.
On the Newport Beach Peninsula, with many activities such as surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, power boat rentals, Catalina Island cruises, Whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides and arcade, and the World Famous "Wedge" where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world can be found.
Other attractions within a short drive are Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland and California Adventure Park, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, Spruce Goose, and many more. And ladies don't forget to visit South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island for fabolous shopping!

My wife and I love to be right by the beach where we are spoiled every day. Walks on the beach with our two dogs and enjoying the relaxed family life. We live just around the corner in a family orientated community that called Newport Shores.
