This three bedroom and office/bedroom home sleeps 8 comfortably with one king, one queen, two twin and a trundle daybed. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and granite counters throughout. Both the large front porch and screened porch are fully furnished.
Our home is beautifully decorated with up to date furnishings, a plasma TV, fireplace, stereo, Jacuzzi in master bedroom and fully equipped kitchen.
Seabrook is a private gated community with miles of beautiful beach, perfect for sunning, swimming or watching the dolphins. Deer and other wildlife roam freely throughout the island.
Our home is located in the Village at Seabrook. We are a three minute walk from the Lake House, which ha an indoor and outdoor pool and fitness center. We are a seven minute drive or 15 minute bike ride to the beach.
Amenity cards providing access to the club amenities are available for for purchase.
Pets are permitted on a restricted basis. We will accept a dog of any size as long as the pet is absolutely and completely house broken and not destructive. An additional pet fee of $250 is required.
Rentals of one week or more only. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please no inquiries for stays of less than one week
The house sleeps a maximum of eight people.
