This is a very private and fully appointed, custom designed home perfect for couples, families, entertaining or golf retreats. Gated access to one of the most private and quiet luxury homes in Eagle Mountain.
You will experience a beautifully decorated, contemporary home designed for liesure activities and entertainment. The exceptionally large and flat back yard is very unique for this area as most view homes are situated on steep lots with small pools and very little outdoor seating. The exceptionally private back yard offers great views of several golf holes and miles of undisturbed desert.
The home is situated directly on the golf course but well above and to the side of the sixth hole tee box. Accordingly, the home and back yard are not subject to flying golf balls. The back yard is appointed for entertaining with a large, built-in BBQ with mini-refridgerator, loads of counter top space and generous bar-stool seating. The BBQ counter tops are finished with slate and the sides wrapped with dry stack stone.
A large, outdoor gas fire pit with seating for 6 to 8 overlooks an undisturbed view of the southern night skies. Our guests also enjoy the 30 foot negative edge pool and built-in hot tub. High quality, wrought iron pool-side furniture is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy five, full-sized lounges and a huge, double sized lounge. The lounges can be shaded to whatever degree you wish by two large and adjustible sunbrellas.
An outdoor dining table with seating for six and it's own retractible sunbrella is just steps away from the BBQ mini-kitchen area. Two overstuffed, outdoor reading chairs with foot stools and a coffee table are found under the home's protective eve, with access from the master bedroom or the family room on the other side of the home. Together, the home's many outdoor lounging, eating, reading and viewing areas can easily accomodate a large number of people with room to spare.
The master bedroom has a custom built, deluxe king size bed with an incredibly comfortable, high quality matress. At the foot of the master bed, a very unique pop-up, flat screen, H.D.TV with Blue-Ray DVD player is perfect for those who like to watch TV without getting out of bed. The master bedroom also has a built-in work desk with a fax, copy, scanner machine. Oversized windows overlook the back yard and pool.
The master bath has a spacious, walk-in shower and a large, separate bath tub. The ten foot long countertop has two sinks, loads of excellent lighting and a wall to wall mirror. A large walk-in closet with tons of storage, hanging space and drawers accomodates the master rooms perfectly.
The guest wing has two additional bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The first bedroom has a a king size bed and its own TV and ots of closet and drawer space. The second guest room has a queen size bed.
The kitchen is very bright and open with 13 foot ceilings, natural hickory cabinetry, granite tile countertops and a huge central island with seating for four. An unusually large amount of countertop space provides loads of room for two chefs and their helpers.
The kitchen-family room were designed as a great room opening on one side to the breakfast area with seating for six one one side and a very comfortable family room with a gas fireplace, state of the art, H.D. TV with a Blue Ray DVD player, built in surround sound and a selection of DVDs and music CD's provided for your enjoyment. The entire southern wall of the family room consists of massive view windows overlooking the pool and the view beyond.
There is a lovely den and library featuring hundreds of books. Enjoy the overstuffed reading chair or sit down at the custom built chess table with a friend.
The home has a large garage with one of the three spaces taken up by a "Tough Stuff", multi-station weight gym, treadmill and recumbent bike overlooked by a built-in TV.
The home is situated in the gated community of Eagle Mountain which is located in the southern foot hills of the McDowell Mountains and immediately adjacent to North Scottsdale.
The location enjoys the best of two worlds...The local community of Fountain Hills offers a more relaxed small town feel, the Fort McDowell Indian Casino and immediate access to limitless outdoor experiences including the huge Sajuaro Lake with its full service boating marina, restaurant, beaches, water skiing, and great bass fishing just 30 minutes from the home. The newest areas of North Scottsdale's ultra-posh shopping, dining and night clubs are just a 15-25 minute drive to the west.

We are a very active family and Arizona offers every kind of outdoor sport imaginable, including water skiing on a huge lake just 30 minutes from our home! Except for the hot summers, the weather is unparalleled for participating in outdoor activities.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The homes and golf course at Eagle Mountain back up to a vast natural desert area owned by the Salt River Native American community and the McDowell Mountain range. With the exception of a few neighboring homes, the view to the south from our back yard takes in miles of natural Sonoran Desert. The quiet peacefulness of this area is one of its primary benefits. The Sonoran Desert is perhaps mis-named since it is teeming with flowering plants and wildlife and is easily the most beautiful of all the desert regions in the United States.
The Eagle Mt Golf Course is one of the few courses in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area with naturally varied, and gently rolling topography since it is situated at the southern end of the McDowell Mountains.

Full practice driving range with multiple putting greens, and sand traps. Short walk from the Eagle Mt rental home.
Fabulous view to the south over looking multiple Eagle Mt golf holes.

My husband and I spent our 30th wedding anniversary at this home. We had a wonderful vacation and it was so much better than staying in a hotel! We are golfers and that was one of the main reasons we liked this location. The staff at Eagle Mountain golf course were courteous and friendly, we had great golf and the views on the course are fantastic. You are lucky enough to watch the golfers tee off from the backyard. The home itself was beautiful, gave me some great decorating ideas for my own home. You will have everything you need and more! Great having a pool and hot tub all to ourselves. I love the town of Fountain Hills with all the quaint shops and excellent restaurants. I could go on and on but I guarantee all that rent this home will be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
