This unit, A1011, is in the perfect, most desired location in Majestic Sun. It is on the West side of Building A which affords the best sunset views. This side of Building A also allows an excellent view of the pool, but since it is on the 10th floor it allows hearing the sounds of the surf without the sounds of the pool and passing automobiles. Also, from the 10th floor you are presented with truly a Majestic view of the beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf. Also this stack of 2-bedroom units is farther out, not tucked back within the building, giving the best panoramic view of the beach. The Diamond floor plan is larger and has the master bedroom and living room facing the beach with awesome gulf views, also with a large balcony to enjoy. It does not get better than this.

Our stay was amazing! We honestly couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The condo was great and we felt right at home. Our 3 and 4 year old kids told us multiple times that they wanted to live in this "new house by the beach" forever. It was great! We wanted to leave a note in the guest book, but it's completely full. A few people have stuck post-it notes on the back, but there wasn't any room left for any more. This location was very peaceful. We werent aware that it was across the street but its a two lane and not very busy. Its actually in Miramar Beach so its low key. Everything was organized and easy to do (parking, checking in). We had a great view, the condo was nice and clean. The living room isnt really set up for movie watching but its nice. One thing the owners didnt tell us but we happened to find out on our own- you can rent beach chairs from them directly for half off (usually $40 a day) if you buy them in advance of your trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We are sorry you did not know it was across the street from the beach, but this is plainly shown on the map for Majestic Sun on the listing. Even though it is across the two lanes from the beach, there is an unobstructed view of the beach and you can see for miles along the beach. We have other properties directly on the beach, but these properties cost more to purchase and therefore have higher rental rates. Our local rental manager informs our guests about the coupons for beach service (umbrella and two chairs) to give the opportunity to purchase the coupons to save half the cost. We welcome you back on your future visits to Destin.

About the owner: We Love Destin and Majestic Sun...We are Angie and Don Bennett and currently live north of Atlanta. We look forward to moving to Florida someday, but until then we visit whenever we can. Don lived in the Destin area in 1960 and we both vacationed in the area for many years until our first condo was reserved pre-construction in 1994. Since then our love of the area compelled us to invest in additional properties. Don is very active in the Destin area and is the founder of "Community Association Presidents of the Emerald Coast" (CAPEC), an organization striving to make the Destin area even better for property owners and their guests. Don is also a member of Citizens for Healthy Beaches working to make the world's best beach even better.
Why the Owner Chose Majestic Sun:
We chose Majestic Sun because of the unobstructed view of 2,000 feet of unspoiled SUGAR-WHITE GULF BEACH, and the amenities offered by being part of Seascape Resort (GOLF & TENNIS). We knew that the VIEW FROM A CONDO is most important. We purchased our Majestic Sun A1011 early pre-construction so we had our choice of units.
We chose the DIAMOND plan because it is the LARGEST and because of the GULF VIEW from the living and dining areas, kitchen, and Master Bedroom and the LARGE BALCONY. We chose the West Side of Building A because it has the best SUNSET VIEW, and has a great view of the pool. We chose the 10th floor because it allows hearing the SOUNDS OF THE SURF without the sounds of the pool and passing automobiles.
Also, from the 10th floor you are presented with truly a MAJESTIC VIEW of the beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf. Also this stack of 2-bedroom units is farther out, not tucked back within the building, giving the best panoramic view of the beach.

The location is very convenient for the Designer Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, Destin Commons and many of Destin’s World Class Restaurants. Also Destin has the Destin Harbor with Florida’s largest sport fishing fleet (World’s Luckiest Fishing Village) and HarborWalk Village. Necessities such as Grocery, Drug Store, Bank, and Post Office are also convenient. All of these make this an excellent choice for a fun place to vacation.
