We had a wonderful stay in your charming house. We all loved the beautiful yard-apples & grapes, how divine! Even though it was 104 yesterday, we still had a great stay exploring Los Olivos and Santa Ynez- jump start on Christmas presents. We had great meals at Los Olivos Cafe and a delectable meal at Mattei's Tavern- such a short walk. They had delicious breads & my corn risotto was superb. Tonight we saw a wonderfully creative play in Solvang called "A Fairytale". A great stay!

A group of six of us recently stayed at this property the weekend of Aug 12-14, 2011. We had an absolutely fabulous time. The rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable and the whole house has a very good vibe to it. There was plenty of room for all of us. We particularly enjoyed the backyard, especially the hammock. As an added bonus, this home is really close to downtown Los Olivos, it is literally a two minute walk to the wineries and restaurants. Makes it very nice for a group who wants to leave at different times. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time hitting the wineries nearby with Leslie (from Grand Rapids, MI), as ur server. SHe treated us well. FIve out of the seven of us went to Calera College in Grand Rapids. Dinner at Grappolo's in Santa Ynez was good. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This was a fantastic house for our family for 3 days in Los Olivos. It is impeccably maintained, super clean, and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for a family of 4. The flower gardens & backyard are a wonderful place to spend the morning with coffee or the evening with wine. The hammock was an excellent addition, especially for my children. 1 block to all the tasting rooms in Los Olivos and that Corner Cafe which makes a very good cappuccino. Excellent access to Hwy 154 to take you to all other Los Olivos and Foxen Canyon wineries. Just loved it!!!

We found the home exactly as described. It was clean, well-maintained, and looked just as the photos depicted. We had four adults and the house was plenty spacious for us all to have our privacy, but still enjoy each other's company. The kitchen was great for cooking and we shared our meals on the awesome backporch. The location was the best feature. We were able to walk to several tasting rooms, restaurants, and a great little coffee shop. I would definitely recommend this property friends and family.

We five ladies enjoyed your lovely home, especially the yard with the grape arbor and hammock. We had great weather while we were here. We visited the miniature horse farm, miniature donkeys, lavender boutique, shopped in Solvang, shopped at the nursery in Los Olivos, ate dinner at Grappolo's and Don Carlitos in Santa Ynez, and Mattei's Tavern in Los Olivos. We took a little hike to Nojoqui Falls, and visited friends in Santa Ynez. Didn't do as much wine tasting as we had hoped, but we drank plenty of our own. It was nice to be able to be within walking distance to the heart of the town. J,K,K,L,S (from Oklahoma, Coalinga, Huntington Beach, Orange and Santa Barbara)

Your house is beautiful and the weather was perfect for our 2 night stay. We took your advice and visited the Classic Organic Farm and bought beautiful grren eggs and fresh produce. Los Olivos was very charming and we loved it was short walking distance. We bought wine and a couple of bottles of olive oil. We recommend Dimitri Estate Winery but an appointment is necessary. M- We had a GREAT time here! Charming place. Fantastic location. Ended up having two meals in, enjoying the fireplace and star gazing. We walked by the flag pole each evening, and enjoyed the town. Your great retreat was just what we were hoping for... in fact it exceeded our expectations. Los Olivos and the Valley was a wonderful place to hide out for the holidays, quiet, uncrowded and peaceful. We fell a little short on the wine tasting regimen, but cooked up a storm in your kitchen, including a four- course Christmas dinner. Three days of T-shirt weather and nowhere to be.
