Beautiful, comfortable three story townhome which can sleep up to six. Comes fully equipped, with all the comforts of home, including many kid-friendly amenities. The twenty-four foot wide unit is bright and roomy with ample living space. The lower level has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry facilities and sliding glass doors which open to a large grassy yard. The middle level has the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, and a large outdoor deck with new gas grill and new patio furniture. The upper level has a master bedroom with full bathroom.
Conveniently located just a short walk to the beaches and to the NRTA shuttle. Nearby activities include biking, hiking, beach combing, swimming, fishing, crabbing, turtling, bird watching, and more.
Huge backyard provides ample opportunities for children to play and burn off some energy! Great for badminton, Ultimate Frisbee, baseball, football, and the like.
Rental includes the use of five newer bicycles, which make it easy to take advantage of the many nearby bike paths.
All rentals are Sunday to Sunday.

Thank you for such a nice stay. The town home was very spacious and kid friendly. Owner is exceptionally helpful.
