Enjoy our newly furnished and renovated luxurious canal front home with southern exposure providing sun all day long. The house has a free flowing floor plan with the living areas opening into the pool area and screened lanai with wide access from the den and living rooms. The heated pool has covered eating area and direct access to the wide dock area for sunbathing or lounging under the palm tree. The den, living room, master bedroom and guest bed room all have new LCD flat screen TVs. The twin bedroom has two trundle beds. Both baths are brand new with marble tile. Wireless internet service is available.
Located in the Lamplighter district of Marco Island, our home is a short bike ride from the beach or a 10 minute boat ride to the gulf with fishing right off of the dock. All of the essentials are included; beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, top linens, 3 bikes and fishing rods, etc. *No cats please. Small Dogs are permitted. Our family of 5 loves the water and Marco Island could not be a better place to enjoy it. People consider Marco to be the Hawaii of the mainland. The climate is wonderful and between the beautiful white sand beach, our pool and being able to jump on the boat and go we consider this our little piece of paradise. If we could use the house more we would but we busy raising our children and hope this home will be place we gather for years to come.

My husband and I recently stayed a week in Marco Island at this beautiful home. The house is luxuriously decorated but feels like home at the same time.There were so many things to do but we found ourselves happily relaxing by the pool, on the dock or in the house. A trip to the beach was made easy and much more comfortable with the chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. available for our use in the garage. All in all, we will definitely be coming back! Everyone has already said it, but this is an absolutely beautiful vacation home. We loved the dock, the patio, and the pool, as well as the layout/design of the home itself. Dinner by the pool and Pina Coladas every night on the patio by the waterway! The home is exceptionally maintained with everything needed for our stay. We enjoyed the lovely, peaceful neighborhood on our nightly bike rides, fishing off the dock and we even had a running ping pong tournament all week. Our 3 children, ages 11, 13 and 18 were never at a loss for things to do. Swam with mantee and dolphin at Tigertail Beach. We'll have memories to share for years to come. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

This was our first trip to Marco Island. We were very lucky we rented the perfect house in a great neighborhood. The house decorations are beautiful and stocked with everything you need for your stay. My husband and I took my parents and our 20 month granddaughter. There was plenty of room for all of us. The heated pool is clean and warm which we enjoyed daily. The management company was very helpful and assisted us with the baby items we needed for our stay. I highly reccomend staying at this beautiful home. The neighbors were very nice also. A safe place for nice long night walks. Love, Love, Love! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

My family of 5 stayed at the house 2/14-2/20.The photos do not do this house justice.It is so much better when you walk in.The house is clean and beutifully decorated.It is very,very comfortable.The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful.We had a very relaxing vacation just hanging out at the house and fishing.My family enjoyed it very much.You can't go wrong renting this gorgeous home. We will want to rent this again.I was scared that is was not going to be clean.It is a home away from home.You will not regret it.Go to Joey's on Collier for Italian and the Espalande has nice restaurants and Cold Stone for ice cream.The island is absolutely gorgeous.My husband and my 3 children LOVED it. The rental co. was very nice and easy to get responses.The owner responded immediately.We had a wonderful experience renting a home for the 1st time.I don't think I could go back to another hotel after this experience.You won't regret it.Enjoy!!

As every summer, we spent a week in Marco Island. This time, we were lucky enough to allow our 11 years old daughter to pick the house we would rent. She based her decision on 1st: size of the pool and 2nd: the decor. Your house does not get enough credit from the pictures posted on the website. It is much nicer and cozier than shown there. The floor plan is conducive for the family to stay together. We spent long day hours in your nice pool, eating lunch in the patio and some more hours at night playing boardgames in the dining room. The location was great since we were near the "mall" (6 min. driving to be exact), 5 min to the nearest beach, 5 min to Marco Movies where we actually had dinner while watching a movie. A trip in the Dolphin Explorer is a must. The neighborhood was just perfect, since your house was secluded and yet accessible to the main road. Your house had all the gadgets we needed to function at every level including internet access, well equiped kitchen and nice appliances throughout. We also enjoyed a great customer service from your management company which made our stay perfect. We are returning next year and your house is the first one on our list!!
