Probably the best rental value on Nantucket. And, as an extra bonus, YOU CAN USE MY JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE!! You'd have to pay about $150 plus per day to rent one.
Three couples will be very comfortable in this sprawling Royal Barry Wills Nantucket ranch with antiques, updated furnishings and private full baths for each of the three bedrooms. Formal dinning room, casual eat in kitchen and grilling on the patio.
Off the beaten path, the house is located on a secluded acre of cedar trees and lawn, abutting Moors End Farm, a working vegetable and flower farm that is also a conservation area.
Stop at the tackle shop and drive over to Surfside. Pull in a couple of bluefish, throw them on the grill with a slice of Bartlett
farm tomatoes, uncork a bottle of chardonnay. You're on Nantucket. It doesn't get better than this.

The owner's listing description is right on the money and the photos represent the property perfectly! The property has ample room and a wonderful floor plan. It was meticulously clean upon our arrival. It is secluded yet convenient. The jeep that is included with the rental was not just a money saver but the ideal vehicle for island sightseeing. A favorite breakfast stop everyday was The Downey Flake located a few minutes away. A favorite dinner spot was DeMarco's located in the center of town on India St. If you arrive by 6PM any day of the week the entire menu is half price! (a little known secret). I am soooo looking forward to my next stay!

Our family has stayed here for several summers now. It's an extraordinarily spacious ranch with an extra large living area. Lots of light. The kids play soccer and badminton while we grille out back. Lots of land. All the ameninities we need. The village is within a 10-minute walk. The owner, who has deep ties to the community and whose family has lived here for generations is wonderful. He is also generous enough to leave his Jeep Cherokee every year (with ACK license plate), which we particularly appreciate for fun drives out to Great Point Light where we picnic on a blanket and watch the sun disappear for another day. Having access to the Jeep has a real plus for our family each year. Wonderful and lasting memories for the kids AND us. A quintessential Nantucket experience. July can't get here fast enough. Thank you, Walter!

We had such a great time on our trip to Nantucket thanks. The house was set up nicely with lots of space and privacy. It was wonderful to sleep in and relax. We look forward to coming back again.
