Located on a secluded acre of cedar trees and lawn, the house abuts Moors End Farm, a working vegetable and flower farm that is also a conservation area.
Stop at Fisher's Tackle shop a mile down Polpis Road, next to the Island Wine store. Rent a surf rod and drive over to Surfside. Pull in a couple of bluefish, throw them on the grill on the patio, uncork that bottle of California chardonnay you picked up. Hey -- you're on Nantucket. It doesn't get better than this.

We have always had a member of the family serving on a town agency or member of a local club/fraternity (I'm a Wharf Rat -- you can Google it).
