was expecting so so bathroom since there is no pics, but nah, they were nice big/open tiled clean bathroom, really enjoyed the time being there, 30 mins to Tanga mall, and beach kid love the wave pool so much, we spend 4 out 7 days there we also did finishing and crabbing there, wont buy the place though since we want to go on diff vacation each year, but renting it is great way to experience this resortRecommended for: Families with young children.

About the owner: I have owned properties at the DE shore since 1996 and the Peninsula is the Benchmark for a summer get-away place. I designed this property as a new construction condo with all upgrades and furnishings as if this were a home, not a rental.

The DE shore is laid back and perfect to get away from the hustle of the major nearby urban areas. The people are friendly and the beaches are the best on the coast including the NJ shore and going down to Va Beach.
