The apartment is located in one of the nicest and safest areas in Rio, and within walking distance to the beach (only 2 blocks). Nearby are restaurants, banks, ATM machines, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc.

The apartment is bright, cheerful, very clean and quiet. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building, facing away from the street. The building contains two elevators. The apartment has 1 bedroom (1 double bed, AC & ceiling fan), 2 bathrooms, living room (1 sofa bed, ceiling fan), kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave), small extra room, and a washer. A doorman is in-service 24 hours per day.

Cab and public transportation are easily available at Rua Visconde de Piraja.
You do not need a rental car.

    • Location!Location!Location! This Condo is simply in the heart of the vibrant Ipanema, THE PLACE TO BE IN RIO. Only 2 short blocks from the beach (between Posto 8 and 9) and only few blocks from the Lagoa. We actually walked to the Botanical Garden. The unit was very clean, quiet and spacious. We felt very safe. The owner’s excellent communication, made the reservation process very smooth. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.

    • This apartment was great. It`s right near THE place to be on Ipanema beach (posto 9) and a short walk to great bars, restaurants, etc. (The Girl From Ipanema was written in a bar a block away, for example). I`d absolutely stay here again.

The unit is well equipped with everything you might possibly need, it's incredibly clean, good lighting, comfortable and perfect centralized safe location in Ipanema.
