Enjoy the beautiful intracoastal view from this top floor condo through the amazing floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass enclosure from either the living room or kitchen, or relax on the southern facing terrace to get a great winter tan. Remember to bring your boat or jet ski to store in our private boat slip with new full hookups then idle minutes down the intracoastal waterway to ponce inlet or disappearing island.
Deep sea fishing, diving or snorkeling is just minutes away. Kayaks are another great idea to explore the miles of channels amongst the mangroves and explore the fish and wildlife. For beach goers the most pristine beaches are just a few blocks away (less than 15 minute walk).
Our local beaches (less than 15 minute walk away) have plenty of activities such as surfing, jet skiing, tanning, walking, hiking, picnicking, or just relaxing. Come evening time enjoy the heated pool (pool is heated although during extreme cold weather may be turned off due to inability to maintain warm water) in the sunset or stroll down the dock and watch the dolphins at play. If you happen to bring home a catch, cook it in the full kitchen at the clubhouse and invite your guests.
This gorgeous condo is exceptionally furnished with 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and marble in the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and hallway. The master bath has its own jacuzzi tub to unwind and master bedroom has a tv/dvd player to watch your favorite flick. The master is equipped with a large king-size bed, and the second room has a queen-size bed and the couch converts into a bed for your 5th or 6th guest (couch can fit 1 adult or possibly 2 small children)
The living room opens to a vast view of the nature preserve and Calalisa river through the enormous floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows. Relax during the ball game, your favorite dramas, or watch your favorite Netflix movies (if you have a Netflix account) on our large 32-inch flat panel smart TV with internet capability. Or you may want to surf the internet after your days surf in the ocean on our high-speed WiFi internet. Making your way outside the private patio comes complete with a gas grill to cook your catch, or favorite steak. Covered parking is also included so you can come in from the rain unscathed or keep your car cool from the sun.
Some of the best restaurants are simply around the corner such as the 'Garlic', or 'Norwoods'. The attractions at Disney or Universal are only an hour away. Some of the best views of rocket launches from Cape Canaveral can be seen from our balcony or a twenty minutes drive to Canaveral Seashore Park. Orlando is less than an hour away to enjoy all the entertainment. Which ever you chose this is a great location!

WE spent three months at this unit. It is well maintained and updated. It has everything one might need for a stay. The proximity to shops, the beach, tennis courts and restaurants on foot was a convenience. Late afternoons on the pier watching the dolphins which came quite close was a real pleasure. The availablity of Kent for questions was always convenient and responsive but not necessary very often.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

I stayed here for six weeks this summer with wife and two kids (9 and 12). We had a blast. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Flagler Ave shops and eateries or grocery store and more places to eat in other direction. Having the boat dock right out back was the best part as we were abe to fish and catch blue crab daily, the kids loved it. The condo was extremely comfortable for us and exactly as described. Kent was very easy to work with and considerate of all our needs. Not one complaint. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone interested.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great month at this condo. The property and amenities was accurately described and Kent was always cooperative and helpful. He made the transition from home to New Smyrna very easy. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated with a beautiful balcony that is perfect for people who like to get some winter sun. In addition, the balcony had a unique and beautiful view of Florida mangroves and birds. We were close to all stores, beach and resturants. I loved the location. We enjoyed the sunsets while sitting on the dock observing the dolphins and pelicans. Peaceful! We had a great time and we would recommend to our family and friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This place was excellent for us and our two boys. It was especially nice in the evening with the sun going down. We had friends on the other side of the building and it became extremely hot later in the day. The pool was nice and the beach was within minutes.Owner response: We enjoyed having Matt and his family stay at our condo. They really enjoyed our location and commented that we had the best view in our complex also considering that we do not have the direct heat from the sun in the afternoons... a real bonus so that the shades can remain open all day!!!

The condo was everything we expected and more! Everything was clean and well maintained and Kent was there to greet us and show us around the property. We really enjoyed the balcony and felt like we were in our own little world when we were were out on it. We also liked the way the property sat back off the road so it seemed quiet and peaceful. There are a ton of great places to eat nearby and of course you could walk to the beach if you wanted. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends. If we hadn't fallen in love with the area and bought our own place we would have surely have come back!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: I moved to Florida in 1992 and have enjoyed the beautiful weather, and the vast amounts of endless activities. We currently reside in Orlando and really enjoy New Smyrna so much due the beautiful beach, and the not so crowded lifestyle. We enjoy all the water sports New Smyrna Beach has to offer and love coming out during weekends.
Why the Owner Chose Marker 33:
We chose this beautiful location due to the excellent setting between a nature preserve of mangroves and the vast intracoastal waterway. The condo having the unique private dock in New Smyrna was a definite must. The gorgeous view of the natural surroundings through the immense window really sold us. We truly realized the benefit of being directly on the intracoastal waterway and also just blocks from the ocean.
