Welcome to Punta Arena 2/E. Our home is the combination of executive living nestled in the heart of this quaint fishing village of Bucerias.
We have enjoyed the breathe taking ocean views, whale and dolphin watching from our 2nd floor balcony, boogie boarding, sunbathing and spectacular sunsets so much that we felt we had to share our home with others.
Our home is 2635 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. During construction I decided to turn one of the bedrooms into a in-laws quarters, it has a wet bar, micro-wave, undercounter fridge, and it's own private entry. By doing this, it gives me the ability to rent our home as a two bedroom or a three bedroom to accommodate your needs. This is the only condo in the complex that has this unique feature.
The 70 feet of balcony that wraps around the corner of the building give a ocean view anywhere in the condo, and the master bedroom has the view of the whole north shore of Banderas Bay. So you may enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, or unwind with a cocktail in the evening as you watch the amazing sunsets.
The executive kitchen is complete with granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances with all accommodations to satisfy the best of cooks.
As you walk the complex, or gaze from the balcony, you'll find the only thing between our home and the sandy beach is the infinity pool. Pull up a lounge chair and soak up the sun. A community gas bbq is at the pool patio for your use, showers, restrooms, and of coarse our workout center.
If it's the ocean you love ( as I do )Beach towels are supplied. We also have a storage rm. where you may help yourself to 4 boogie boards, and 4 beach chairs.
If you have never been to Bucerias, the area is very authentic. We are only 15 to 20 minutes north of the PV airport. Although this area has a very low crime rate. The facility has 24 hour security, remote car gate and a electronic keypad pedestrian gate. When you turn to walk north from Punta Arena, you will cross over the kissing bridge and head straight into the local market. Entertain the locals with you bargaining abilities for your purchases. As you walk through the market, you will find yourself in the town's courtyard. This is where Bucerias holds most of it's festivities. Walk in either direction from here and eat at the five star restaurants, or stop in at one of the many beach front restaurants for some more authentic food.
Sports bars are also in the area to catch your favorite sports team.
We would love to share our home with you, only asking that you respect it as if it was your own. I am very confident, that once you have been here you will be returning in years to come. ENJOY !

We have been home a little over a week, and we can't stop thinking or talking about our two weeks in Punta Arena 2E. The location is excellent and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, little family-owned grocery stores, and Bucerias central. Although there are many restaurants nearby, we found it much more enjoyable to use the beautifully-appointed kitchen in the condo and prepare our meals "at home". We can't say enough about the kitchen...it is equipped with anything one might need to prepare even a lavish meal. The photos on the website really don't do this condo justice. As an interior designer, it was pure heaven to be surrounded by lovely furnishings and incredible art work. The entire property is well-maintained with 24/7 security. The infinity pool is so relaxing, and there are more than enough chaise lounges to accommodate all the guests. When speaking of the kitchen amenities, we must mention our wonderful experience at the Mercado Del Mar at the marina in La Cruz. The fresh seafood was outstanding, and we made several trips there to shop. That, along with the small local grocery stores, really made our meals at home a highlight. Plus, being able to dine on the balcony or in the beautiful dining room, listening to the sound of the waves....what an awesome experience. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were gorgeous (especially the one off the back bedroom), and there were more than enough fluffy towels, along with numerous beach towels. Dave, the owner, was very helpful and prompt with his replies when we had a question. We would definitely recommend this property; in fact, we have already inquired about renting it again next year!

This condo complex is in a great location in the town of Bucerias. Located on the beach and close to a variety of great restaurants and shopping. This condo has 24/7 security and a great staff. The view from the balconey of this condo was spectacular and one of the highlites of our stay. This unit had all the amenities we required (Sat TV, WiFi, kitchen, etc). The owners were very easy to deal with and we look forward to the possibility of staying there again in the future.......hopefully for a longer period of time.

This is a wonderful condo on the 2nd fl, N end, a particularly desirable location in Bucerias and within the building; even the back bedroom is great with a huge shower and bthrm. Furnishings and finishes are quality. We spent 3 weeks in Nov-Dec 2010 and had a great time.

Two of the best decisions we made were to take a 6 week vacation and to stay at this beautiful condo. The location was fabulous. We were steps to the town centre of Bucerias and situated on one of the best parts of the beach with nice sand and few people. Security was 24/7, friendly and professional as were the other staff who kept the grounds, pool and even the beach in front very, very clean at all times. The condo had everything from comfortable furnishings to boogie boards. The unique layout of the in-law suite allowed my 84 year old father to come and go from his own entrance, he kept his independence, yet he was close to us if needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful rental to anyone who wants luxury space and privacy. The whole experience was a trip of a lifetime. We look forward to going back. Seventh trip to Mexico and one of our best yet. Our family of 4 adults spent a week at this property and enjoyed it so much we have already rebooked again. First time staying any place other than a hotel, while on vacation, and we all enjoyed the change. Excellent, first class property right on the beach. This condo is new, very roomy, and decorated tastefully throughout. It has a full length balcony over looking the beach that makes for an enjoyable view while having morning coffee, sipping a cocktail, or just reading a book and enjoying the view. Everyone that walked by this place from along the beach just starred as they went by. First rate amenities within the condo and on the the property itself. There's a new fitness room, beautiful infinity pool, gated entry, and huge patio with grill and wet bar. You won't walk the length of the beach in either direction, we tried. We found the city of Bucerias to be exceptionally clean, safe, relaxing, and peaceful. One can walk around both on and off the beach any time of day or night with no concern for your safety. I am normally very conscious of my surroundings when traveling to foreign countries, but like others here, I felt completely safe and relaxed. Our biggest problem during our trip was deciding which restaurant to eat dinner at each night. Great bars and restaurants both on and off the beach. You could eat at a different one every day for a month. Lots to do nearby if you want to go mobile. Puerto Vallarta is just a short ride if you want to hit the big city. There is a Mega store (Mexican Walmart) very near, by cab or car, that can meet all your personal needs for your stay. We stopped there on the way to the property from the airport. There's also a small market across the street from the condo property that has a very good selection of food, beverages, and basics on hand. There's also a tour desk, local handicraft market, and cab or car rental within a short walk. I would highly recommend staying in this condo unit.
