Three story townhome directly on Destin's harbor. Sandy play/sun bathing area behind unit. Best view in all of Destin. Have the best of all worlds...day and night views of Destin's harbor district with boating, fishing and nightlife. Just a couple of blocks to the beaches (my four year old makes the walk regularly).
Bring your boat. Boat slip for a boat with a maximum length of 30 feet with a lift that will hold 8000 pounds.
Huge deck for entertaining. One king size bed, two queen size beds.

This unit is on the harbor, not a canal. Many of the other townhomes listed are on a canal and NOT the harbor. There is a significant difference in views and breezes.
Note: This is a three story townhome, so there are two flights of stairs.
This unit was my personal residence for two years and I now use it primarily as a second home. It is not your standard, beat-up rental unit with a dated interior.

I rented this property all summer, we absolutely loved it . The harbor is full of life and the deep boat slip was accommadating for our 26' deep V. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the near by neighbors are so much fun they realy helped make the experience. I cant wait to be back on the Destin harbor in this spacious home with the best views. The owner was also professional and courteous.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family and some friends stayed in this home we had so many members we had to rent another home, this one was exceeded compared with the other rental. All amenities were available , easy access to the beach . All the comforts of being at home. Would certainly stay here again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
