Have the best of all worlds...day and night views of Destin's harbor district with boating, fishing and nightlife. Just a couple of blocks to the beaches (my four year old makes the walk regularly).
Bring your boat. Boat slip for a boat with a maximum length of 30 feet with a lift that will hold 8000 pounds.
Huge deck for entertaining. One king size bed, two queen size beds.

This unit is on the harbor, not a canal. Many of the other townhomes listed are on a canal and NOT the harbor. There is a significant difference in views and breezes.
Note: This is a three story townhome, so there are two flights of stairs.
This unit was my personal residence for two years and I now use it primarily as a second home. It is not your standard, beat-up rental unit with a dated interior.
