Our home is a one story 2900 square foot home on one of the quietest streets in the Village of Coronado. We are 3 blocks from our new aquatic center, six blocks from the beach, Orange Avenue, tennis and the library. Our home has three bedrooms: a master with a king bed and full bath, a second bedroom also with a king bed and a third with a new queen Murphy bed. The two smaller bedrooms share a bath with shower. We have a large great room with TV and piano, a large kitchen with island that seats 3-4, and a home office.
Our back patio is quiet and has a BBQ, fireplace and private above-ground Jacuzzi. We have four bikes to use to cruise around Coronado.
We have tried to make our home "handicapped-friendly." There is one step and a doorsill at the front, and a doorsill in the back. Otherwise, everything is on one level.
