My Husband & I chose Panama City Beach to invest in this property & other properties because of the growth such as the new airport, Pier Park & many other amenities. We love the beach & have traveled all around the Caribbean & Mexico beaches. We find the water & beaches in Panama City Beach, to be just as beautiful but without the hassles of traveling outside of United States. Of the 2 units we have in PCB this one is our favorite for a quiet relaxing luxurious atmosphere.Call me - GREAT FALL & SNOWBIRD WINTER Rates!
Why the Owner Chose Reflections at Bay Point
This location is a luxurious, new resort area. Our newly furnished unit with close attention to detail from the furniture to the decorating extras including granite counter tops, SS appliances, a glass walk in shower. We have flat screen TVs in both the main room & the master bedroom. The balcony is extra large with nice comfortable seating for those who enjoy relaxing & reading or a nice glass of wine or refreshments & hors d'oeuvres. The view is spectacular for enjoying sunrises & sunsets. Views of the bay, golf courses, wildlife sanctuary-totally relaxing. Access to the Marina, an excursion boat to Shell Island available at the marina, boat rentals-additional charges apply.

Located on 7th floor, the awesome view of the bay is the best from this extra large balcony. An 10,000 square ft. lagoon style walk in pool with a separate Jacuzzi.
