The adventurous can launch kayaks at high tide or watch for the occasional dolphin from the porch or dock. The house was redecorated and repainted in the spring of 2009.
The master bedroom downstairs features king bed, private porch, large bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second downstairs bedroom has twin beds and private porch and a private bath. Upstairs, one room has a queen bed and sweeping views over the Marsh, Egret Pond, Ocean Course fairways and the ocean. The second room has twin beds. Both bedrooms have private baths. The house also features a 46" HDTV, fireplace and wet bar in the great room, a deck with gas grill, well equipped kitchen, laundry room and basement access for bikes, kayaks and canoes which can be rented nearby.
