A short walk to the beach and marsh views from every window makes this house an ideal rental. We have 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, screen porch, deck and shared crabbing dock situated on the Bass Creek. The adventurous can launch kayaks at high tide or watch for the occasional dolphin from the porch or dock. The house was redecorated and repainted in the spring of 2009 and the kitchen was renovated this past winter.
Our great room features a beautiful gas stone fireplace to warm you on cool evenings, a 46" HDTV, a cupboard of games for all and a wet bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all the tools a cook needs for entertaining. A fully equipped laundry room and powder room are nearby. On the screened porch there is a large table for meals and comfortable wicker furniture to enjoy the marsh views from. One can go from the screen porch to the deck with more great seating and a new gas grill.
The master bedroom downstairs features king bed, private porch and a large bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second downstairs bedroom has twin beds and private porch and a private bath. Upstairs, one room has a queen bed and sweeping views over the Marsh, Egret Pond, Ocean Course fairways and the ocean. The second room has twin beds. Both bedrooms have private baths.

The Unique Benefits at this House
This home is a short walk from the beach, one can often hear the ocean waves and can see the ocean form upstairs. In addition to easy beach access one has full access to the marsh and all of the wildlife it hosts from the dock. This home allows you to enjoy all Kiawah has to offer, vast marshes with abundant wildlife and gorgeous beach.
