  Our family enjoyied celebrating my husbands 78th birthday at your wonderful beach house. It was perfect!! Plenty of room and such comfortable beds. The discription was right on target and the amenties were as descripted. We loved being so close to the ocean and away from those high risers. We have been traveling to the beach since our daughters were little girls and this house was by far the best we have ever rented. We already are already talking about a return trip when every body can get together Dawn was very helpful in arranging our reservations. We have told several of our neighbors and family about this property. Hope to visit again soon

  My family and I had a GREAT vacation at this beautiful beach home!!! With lots of little kids this home suited all our needs. It was nice that there were no bedrooms on the main floor, so all slept well. Crabbing at night and the pool right on the deck were by far our favorites! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!!

  We have been going on beach vacations every other year since 1992 with our children. Our children are now grown with children of their own, and everyone looks forward to our beach vacation. This home was by far the most fabulous home we have ever rented. It was upscale in every way...the pictures do not do justice its beauty. The layout is perfect - plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect too...close to the pier and shopping. The only time I got in a car was to go to the grocery store. Everyone also enjoyed the shaded pool on the deck after they had too much fun in the sun! Every family member said this was the best house we have ever stayed in...and we hope it is available for our next family beach vacation.

  This house is everything that it is advertised. The owners are honest and great to work with, We were a little leary of doing through owner, but this one is great. Very clean, great accomodations, great price. Just a little info, as all beach houses there are lots of stairs. We had our 18 month old and took a gate to block stairways, our gate wasn't wide enough, the gate needed is the one that goes up to 50 inches not 42. Just a tidbit in case you are looking to take kids. The house gets an A+ and would definitely go back. Thanks for the great house.

  Our group of ten immensely enjoyed our vacation. From the senior citizens in our group to the college aged kids, everyone had an awesome week. We could not have asked for a better location, convenient bike ride to grocery store or delicious breakfast as well as our favorite restaurant for seafood, Gulf Stream. Enjoyed the view & sound of the ocean 24-7. Contemplating a return in 2013!!

  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this modern, (very) clean, well designed home. We've vacationed in this part of Myrtle Beach a few years and love it's close proximity to many things (grocery store, games, pier, restaurants, etc.). The house was a perfect layout with some bedrooms on the first floor and others on the top floor. The view from MB upstairs over the ocean is breathtaking. My husband and I miss going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean. You couldn't ask for a better view. And, the bathrooms were modern and spacious! And, the closets.....more than enough closet space! I have already recommended this home to friends and hope to make it back soon.

  My family had a wonderful family vacation in your beautiful home. My family has vacationed in Mrytle Beach since I was a child and I can't remember ever staying in a more beautiful and clean home. I loved the layout which was perfect for my family. It was my one year old daughters first family vacation and she had both sets of grandparents and all three of her Aunts there with her and everyone had their own private space thanks to the ideal layout and the second floor common area with kitchen and wet bar with ice maker was just perfect for a family of twelve. We never once felt the least bit crowded. The convenience of the home to the beach was also wonderful. We had a lot to carry to the beach each day and we were literally just a stones throw away making it as painless a process as possible. Having the outside shower right there with hot water available was also great for washing all the sand off my one year old each day. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else but your home for vacation from now on. It was the best home away from home for us.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this home. This stretch of beach is beautiful and quiet. The house sits very close to the ocean with no long walk over the dunes - nice when your carting chairs, bags, toys, etc. You are also close to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. All in all a very nice vacation house at a reasonable price.

  We had a great time, but unfortunately, left some clothes behind and they were never returned to us!!!

  We had a wonderful time at this beach house. Went Oct2, 2010 for a week. Took my family and had plenty of privacy. The house is a beautiful home and you can not get any closer to the beach. We absolutely had a GREAT TIME. The weather was beautiful and the beach spotless! Could not ask for a better place. Nice and peaceful! Loved it. Thanks so much for this wonderful house!!!! Hope to be back soon!!!!
