Enjoy our beautiful home only steps from the beach boardwalk and the Watercolor Beach Club. We are in front on the bike path and 30-A, conveniently located near Seaside.
Our home is very comfortable and spacious with all of the features you expect in a second home. Enjoy the screened porch while grilling on an outdoor gas grill. Additional outdoor living spaces are found on the ample front porches, as well.
Inside there is plenty of room for the entire family to relax with a large living/dining area as well as an upstairs den for the children.
A fully equipped kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances including wet bar with wine refrigerator and ice maker will make cooking and entertaining a pleasure. All bedrooms and the bunk room have private baths. Each king bedroom (3) enjoys a 42" flat screen TV, as well.
Additional flat screen TV's and DVD players are found in the living room and upstairs den. The house is also wired with a full-house audio system and wireless internet access. There is a washer/dryer on each floor.
The Caddy Shack, complete with queen bedroom and bath with shower, living room and full kitchen, is also available for rent in conjunction with the main house.
Views of the Gulf of Mexico from the third floor tower are truly amazing for both checking surf conditions or watching the sunset!
Please no pets nor smoking on the property. Must be minimum 25 years of age to rent. Maximum main house occupancy 10, including children. Carriage house will accommodate 2 additional guests.
Carriage house rents only with main house.
$350 Cleaning Fee - Plus 11% lodging tax - $1500 refundable deposit and 50% due at booking . 50% due 30 days before arrival
