Boating, water sports, swimming, fishing, hiking, historic sites and national parks to visit, craft fairs and music festivals, bird watching, geocaching, cooking, shopping, reading, relaxing and enjoying beautiful sunsets. Great golf courses are nearby as well as church services. Public boat ramps, boat and water craft rentals, restaurants and grocery stores are within a short driving distance from The Village.
This one story, GROUND FLOOR unit has 2 nice size bedrooms and 2 full baths with hardwood floors throughout. No stairs to climb makes loading and unloading a breeze. One of the two pools is just steps from the front door as well as a gazebo with gas grill. Your private boat dock and a small sandy beach are a short walk from A-102. This condo has everything you need and plenty of room to cook, entertain and relax. Fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, dining table to seat 6 with additional seating at the bar, 2 comfortable couches for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Master is spacious with queen bed and private bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and bunkbeds (2 twins). All linens and towels are washed and ready. Also, as a guest of ours, you get all the benefits and amenities of our membership in The Village Lake Club which includes a fitness center and business center. The Condo is 45 minutes from Montgomery,1 hr from Birmingham, 1 1/2 hrs from Atlanta, and 35 minutes from Auburn.
A deposit of 50% of the total charge is required at the time of reservation (except for Auburn football weekends we require 100% deposit). $65 cleaning fee . We accept checks and credit cards through paypal. Call the phone number listed for availability and a short slide show if you are interested. Please respect calling hours 10am to 6pm.

My husband and I live in Mobile, AL. We both attended Auburn University and have several friends that have places on Lake Martin. We fell in love with the lake first as visitors and then again as homeowners.
Why the Owner Chose Dadeville
My husband and I both love going to the Lake Martin. We spend every weekend that we can get away on the Lake. In the Winter, we enjoy fires, watching the leaves change, making smores and spending time exploring the many hiking trails around the Lake. When the lake is full and the water is warm, you can find us on the boat or just floating in the lake relaxing. In the Fall, we go to Auburn Football games. It's a year round retreat for us. At the lake, all our worries drift away. We have made so many memories in such a short time at the Villa. A huge family Thanksgiving and many other holiday weekends, first time off Chimney Rock with nieces and nephews and our son took his very first steps right there in the living room of the condo. It has been a such a fun, comfortable place for us and I hope it can be for you too!
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Located near chimney rock and facing west, the sunset view from our villa is one of the best on the Lake. Enjoying a cold drink and watching the sun go down is one of our favorite ways to relax. There are numerous places to visit within an easy boat ride including: Chimney Rock (the hangout on most every weekend), Chucks (great pizza) and Sinclairs at Kowligia (wonderful Sunday brunch).
