Our condo is only two blocks from Ocean Drive village with its restaurants, shoppes, pavilion, arcade, shag dance clubs and the city park. The local area offers extensive family activities, shopping districts, live theatres, some of the best golfing in the south, and the famous Myrtle Beach entertainment. Our condo is 2nd row on Ocean Blvd and is in a desirable location within the TB&RC complex. This location provides a lovely ocean view over the beach front pools and Jacuzzi, and a full rear view of 2 tennis courts with pools & Jacuzzi. You can view family members at the pools and on the courts. Across the beach front road a boardwalk provides an easy, short walk to the beautiful, wide SC beach.
The living area has a bright open feeling being on the top 3rd floor with a skylight, and we are close to the elevator. There are 3 bedrooms – 2 queens, 2 twins. and a living room queen sleeper sofa. It has 2 ½ baths, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 TV’s, 2 disc players, 1 tape player, wireless internet, HD cable. It is fully furnished and a non-smoking unit. The balcony and screened porch with its dining table and glider provide an overlook to the beach and boulevard activity.
It has been our home at the beach for many years. We feel it is tastefully decorated, well stocked, and we take pride in that it is a pretty, clean condo.

Why the Owner Chose Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club
I began coming to North Myrtle as a child in the 1950's. As a family we have loved Tilghman and North Myrtle. Ocean Drive is a smaller community than Myrtle and has the village atmosphere, yet we have all of the great Myrtle Beach activities. It is also the home to "Shag" Dancing. Our family members have enjoyed it for years with great memories. The wide, wide beach provides a lot of room and beach pools for the kids to play in. We love it, it is our home away from home.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
As noted in our copy, our condo is one of the few that is centrally located to see both front and rear. We can sit on the porch and watch the ocean activity and activity on the road below ... "people watchers" like the old 2 story beach houses. We actually have a view of the ocean all thru the living area, including the kitchen. The court side grounds are enclosed by fences and buildings which provide room and security for children to run and play.
