Beautiful Ocean View Condo awaits your visit on St. Augustine Beach!Only ten minutes from historic downtown Saint Augustine, this beautifully landscaped condominium is located between the white, sandy beaches of Saint Augustine and Crescent Beach. Wonderful views of the ocean from your second floor balcony!
Our unit is furnished in a nautical theme that compliments the ocean backdrop. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom. Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom onto a balcony allowing you a direct view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has its own view of the ocean with two twin-sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room seats six. The living room has a pull-out sofa and sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony furnished with a table, chairs, and chaise lounge for you to relax in and feel the warm ocean breezes.
Stay for a week, month, or longer in order to enjoy an entertaining atmosphere and fun activities for the whole family. Enjoy your favorite activities right outside your front door. The white, sandy beach offers swimming, surfing, shelling, sunbathing, snorkeling, fishing, or just a leisurely stroll against the backdrop of the shimmering Atlantic Ocean.
Nearby a variety of entertainment awaits. Enjoy golf, windsurfing, parasailing, boating, deep-sea fishing, canoeing, or dolphin watching along the coast. For a more leisurely day explore the shops just outside the complex along US A1A or drive a few minutes to experience the unique ambiance of the historic city of Saint Augustine. This condo has it all, Right on the beach, you walk to the pool and then take a walkway (private) over the dunes to the beach - maybe a 4 minute walk. Close to old St Augustine, nice to visit but my family prefers "beachy" St Augustine Beach. Condo has all the amenities you could want. Plenty of parking, close to Publix supermarket, and the sound of the ocean. Go to the beach at sunset, everybody does! Washer/Dryer in the unit was a huge plus as we have 2 kids. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
