This home was designed and completed in 2006 with your vacation in mind. We have room for 14 here! It withstood hurricane Ike and is ready for the '09 summer season. The views here are breathtaking. You can see Galveston from the decks and watch the cruise ships go by. You can enjoy the beach without even getting your feet sandy. Just sit on either the upper or lower deck and take it all in. This is the place to refresh yourself. SHALOM means peace and everyone who has stayed here speaks of the serenity our home. Crystal Beach is very quaint which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The great thing is that Galveston with all it has to offer is a just a ferry ride away. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Here is the layout: Walk in to the Open concept Living room which has lots of comfy seating and windows galore! The entertainment center houses a TV with over 150 Direct TV channels and 50 music channels, a DVD/VCR and a movie collection. The dining room seats a dozen. The kitchen is stocked with everything we could think of for your cooking pleasure. This level has a washer and dryer, one full bathroom and a kid friendly bedroom with custom wooden bunk beds that will accommodate up to seven. This room has a TV, DVD/VCR and a movie collection just for the kiddos. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms each with private door to access the upper deck. This view is more stunning than the lower deck! The master bedroom has a queen bed and a futon for your pleasure. There is a full bath off this room with a jetted tub and a baby pack and play in the large walk in closet. The other two bedrooms each have one queen bed and the custom sleeping/sitting bench also 8' x 30" with custom futon mattresses. There is another full bath for these two bedrooms. The house is on a septic system so we strictly enforce number of guests being 18! Our guests tell us that this place has all the comforts and extra touches of HOME!! We welcome those looking for some respite time, Church groups and of course families!! So please do come and MAKE YOURSELVES AT HOME!! SHALOM...

Summer rates 2010~ May 15-to Labor Day
$2800./week $1400./weekend(2 night minimum required)plus 6% hotel tax
Off season rates $1600./week $800./weekend~ inquire for monthly rate
$500 Refundable security deposit and reservation deposit required.
Check in times: Monday 12:00pm-Sunday 4:00pm or Firday 12:00pm-Thursday 4:00pm
Clean linens and towels provided and included in fee.
We rent to families or adults. Must be 25 years old and older.
No college, graduation, prom or spring break groups.

For us it is "deck time" READING..RECONNECTING AS A FAMILY..RESTING...Oh, and we are from Fort Worth so EATING FRESH SEAFOOD..Yeah baby!!!! EVERYONE who visits says "there is so much PEACE in your homes"...we have to agree!!! Some of our frequent and high compliments are on the decor and well stocked kitchen.
