My name is Bob Stephens. I've been traveling throughout the Mayan Caribbean for the last twenty years and love the area. I built this little home for my family and friends in the mid nineties and started renting it out to pay for its upkeep. I've made a lot of good friends and had a lot of great times in Tulum thanks to this little casa.
Why the Owner Chose Tulum
I built the home in Tulum with my brother in 1995 because we loved the area so much.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The home is ideally located in the middle of Tulum, right next to the best restaurants, shopping and internet cafes. What we love about the house is how private and secure it is despite its central location. While staying there you can relax in the courtyard and people watch, go out for a night on the town, stay in and just read or shoot out to the beach for some sun and water. After going to Tulum for years we've learned that although the beach is romantic it's a lot more comfortable to have a place in town with hot water, cold beer and a cozy bed.
