  The view of the beach is wonderful from this unit; from living and bedroom. Nice shower off bedroom. The 2nd bath w/ shower, sink & toilet made the unit very convenient. The king sized bed makes the bedroom a little cramped, but well worth the sacrifice to get the king, which, by the way, was a wonderful bed. So often I have to bring extra kitchen items for cooking, which we do a lot, but the unit had everything I needed, including sharp knives! The view from the sink is straight on ocean, which I loved. The BBQ area was under a nice pavillion so rain did not stop the grilling. The elevators were fast. The lanai was a nice size. We had a very nice stay and would definitely go back!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  For our family of 3, this size condo is perfect! The owner was incredible; she was friendly and accessible. The beach location is ideal, not as crowded, the sand is cleaner and generally the water is clearer, too. The furnishings were very nice with plenty of storage for clothes for at least the 3 of us, if not a fourth person. The metallic decorations throughout the condo were fun.. it seemed like I kept spotting new artwork. The pool is nice, usually it is big enough but the rip currents kept everyone out of the Gulf, so it was crowded all the time. I will definitely (and have already) recommended this condo to others. This year we were disappointed in the restaurants we had enjoyed the previous 3 stays, so we drove over into Panama City's downtown and tried Uncle Ernie's (delicious) and the Captain's Table (great shrimp!). We also got great fried shrimp at Flamingo Joe's while our daughter ate one of their Southern Living prize winning cheese burgers. Now, if we could only get the water to co-operate... You are also a very short drive or a good walk over to St. Andrew's Park which usually has perfect water.

  I am a single mom with a 5 year old son and we absolutely enjoyed our stay! From the moment we pulled in the parking lot (very thankful for the security guards), to the moment we walked into the beautiful condo, I knew I had picked the perfect place! The view is outstanding from everywhere in the condo. Susan is such a great person to work with- very caring!! I was so nervous bringing my son by myself, but she really helped ease my mind. She was right about the safe, family friendly environment and we had no problems at all. Susan has really gone out of her way to make you feel right at home in her gorgeous place. Thank you so much for sharing your "Home away from home" with us!!!!

  We've been coming to the Commodore for 16 years, and this unit has been a joy to find! It's decorated tastefully and comfortably. The view out the front slider is serene and beautiful. As you walk in the door, the aqua blue water and sunny sky is all you can see. We love the tumbled marble bathroom redo, and the well stocked kitchen. We always host a family brunch when we visit Panama City Beach, and this condo has all the amenities to do this beautifully! Walking to both Schooners (a funky, open air seafood restaurant and bar), and St. Andrew's State Park is a wonderful perk. We love watching the alligators at Alligator Park, seeing the egrets, herons, pelicans and dolphins, and dancing the night away at Schooners. Mostly, runs on the beach, lounging on the beach chaises and reading, plus swimming in the gulf makes the perfect relaxing vacation! We love it here and we LOVE this condo!

  Very nicely appointed and clean condo. Owners were wonderful to work with and everyone that we met were very friendly and happy. The beach was easy to walk on and the water was that beautiful blue/green of the Gulf of Mexico. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area and we would highly recommend the Trigger Fish or Grouper. We had a wonderful time and will return in the future.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  We found Susan a pleasure to do business with. Everything was exactly as she said. The Condo was very warm, inviting and furnished with everything needed to enjoy a great time at the beach. We have stayed at the Commodore several times in the past and none of the units have been any nicer than this one. We 'really' loved the tall chairs on the balcony that allowed us to see the beach over the rail as we have our morning coffee. Also the chairs in the closet were very comfortable!! We felt the price was fair and look foward to renting this unit again. "Great Job" Susan.... cant wait to do this with you again!!

  I love this unit!! The view is incredible; decorations are beautiful, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you might need if you like to cook. Close to all the restaurants if you don't like to cook:) The owners are AWESOME!! I plan to stay again very soon, wish I was there NOW!!! Thanks so much!!! Randy & Sheri

  We just booked this condo for the 2nd year in a row. We stayed here last year and loved it. It's on the quieter end of the beach, it's right on the beach, it's clean and homey.   We (my family of 4, including 2 toddlers) enjoyed our stay last labor day weekend, with plenty of activities for a 1 and 3 yr old (lots of wrinkled fingers and toes from staying in the pool and ocean to much!) There are plenty of near by activities for kids and the boys had a blast "camping" out on the sofa bed. At night the beach beckons new and exciting life from the water to come up close enough to see and touch..a wonderful way to spend time with your family.
