This spectacular & tastefully decorated Villa is located in the heart of Izatys. Just seconds walking and you are at the 1st tee of Black Brook Golf or at the outdoor pool or at the Club XIX Bar and Grill. When you stay here, you are right on the lake. Not near it or see it, but step out the sliding glass door to the world famous Mille Lacs.
This unit shows the touches of the owner. This was her original vacation home. She now owns two. This one is for you.
Finding an accessable sandy beach is not easy on the South Side of Mille Lacs. But hear your a 10 second walk to a small semi private sandy beach. Complete with a natural shingle to rest while the kids splash in the water just 5 feet from your reach.
The views are splendid. Whether the waves are lapping, or crashing, the sound and up close experience of the lake is just below you if your on the master deck sipping coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. You will be far enough away from the city to see the full pitch of the stars at night.
Your patio is covered but not enclosed. Get just the amount of sun you wish. Or spread out on the semi secluded lawn by the beach. Or if your in the mood, take your meals outside. Or if you are so inclined, the charcoal grill allows you to take everything outside.
Walking/biking trails around Izatys, to the marina, or on the golf course are available to you.
They connect with the Soo Line Bike Trail. Enter Soo Line Trail in your search engine.
The Black Brook, Driving Range and practice fairway are just out the front door for you.
Golfing is very reasonably priced. The all day pass is a steal. Search Izatys Golf.
Do you have a boat or Jet Ski? Where better then Mille Lacs to put it in. If you wish to tie up for a break or for the night. The marina rents boat slips by the day or week. They also sell bait, gas, and rent boats. Call for rates or info. Hint- get the lowest number slip as possible.
Things to do? Around the Mille Lacs are many small villages with plenty of summer driven retail, dining and activity. Shopping, antiquing, dining, outdoor activity there really is no limit.
State Parks? Mille Lacs Kathio & Father Hennepin are two of the premier parks in the Minnesota State Park System. Every single activity is available at these parks.
Grand Casino- Gambling, entertainment, food, shopping, movies, it's all there. Plus a shuttle service to and from Izatys.
Want to stay in? Check out the warm north woods living room. Complete with a modern wood fireplace (fire wood included)full cable package and sound system. The bedrooms have flat screen TV's wired with cable.
Un-like the 3 and 4 bedroom places, our townhouse has two master bathrooms. No sharing with your friends or relatives. They have their own.
The ultra modern kitchen has new appliances and all the equipment and utensils to cook any meal. Bring your cookbook and finally make that meal you've been wanting to make for so long.
Internet-It's wired wireless. Bring your wireless ready laptop and away you go. The phone works for local calls. Your cell phone will work for long distance.

Launch your boat for just $20 (as of 1-1-10). Park your trailer right there. Note- Launch fee does not give you slip access. You must call 320-532-4574 for a slip. Slips cost $20 and up per day.
Nearest first rate grocery. Two places that serve Espresso and Latte's. They both serve some excellent food also. Old fashioned bakery. Some Neat shops.
Somewhere right here is a state or county free boat access. Get there early it fills up.
