This immaculate, three-bedroom, two-bath, condominium rests directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. This most desirable, East End, 4th floor, corner unit has the best views on the beach. Walk across the street to shopping, or lay out on the beach or by the cozy private beachside pool. With only 18 units, this upscale, low-density complex is the perfect place to relax. The complex has a large elevator and utility carts to transport your belongings to and from the unit. When you arrive, you will be welcomed by the cool tile floors leading into the large, living area covered in stylish, Berber carpet.
Bedroom One contains a queen-sized bed, night-stand, 19" TV/VCR, and am/fm clock radio/alarm. A sliding glass door leads to a private balcony. There is also plenty of closet space.
Bedroom Two contains a bunk bed that has a twin on top and full on bottom. There is also a night stand, dresser, 19" TV/VCR/DVD, and am/fm clock radio/alarm. The large closet provides plenty of space.
The Master Bedroom, with walk-in closet, contains a king-size bed, night stand, chest, dresser, 25" TV/VCR, telephone, and a am/fm clock radio/alarm. The master bath features a garden tub of cultured marble and his and hers sinks. The master bedroom looks out over the Gulf.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, mixer, and a raised bar with three swivel bar stools. A dining area with raised table and chairs is adjacent to the kitchen. All kitchen utensils and dishware are supplied.
The large living area contains a 27-inch TV/VCR/DVD, as well as, a 220W sound system with a 5-Disc CD player, dual cassette tapes, and am/fm radio. Cable TV and local telephone services are provided. The huge, sliding, glass doors provide endless views of the beach. The pictures of this immaculate area speak for themselves.
The large laundry room contains a washer and dryer. Full-size iron and ironing board are provided.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our unit is only a couple of minutes from our favorite restaurants and amusement park. I could stare at the ocean and sand from the comfort of this unit all day long. It's nice to pack a few clothes for a weekend trip without having to load the whole house as everything we need is always there for us.

Just wanted to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed the condo in Orange Beach last week. What spectacular views! We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the great weather and views. The condo was really great and exactly what we were looking for. We really did not want to come back home! Our boys had a wonderful time! I have to say this may have been the best condo we’ve stayed in at the beach in all the years we’ve been going. So convenient, spacious, comfortable….and the views really made the trip for us! We mostly enjoyed the beach. We took long family walks with our three children. We liked Tacky Jack's and the Peninsula Golf Club. The weather was perfect, sunny and 74 all week.

We got together with close relatives staying here. It was cold when we arrived, but it only got better. We visited, relaxed, strolled along the beach, ate well, and read books. Friday the "men" went deep sea fishing and provided the "fish fry" dinner with deep fried sweet potato chips. Chris cleaning our fishwas a character. Among the highlights were playing with my nephew's 3 year-old daughter and pulling in over 20 fish - mostly snappers.
