Designer Paint & Furnishings...Family Friendly! This three bedroom- three bath unit is large enough for a family of eight (each in a bed-each in a bedroom). The Master Bedroom suite has a King Bed and large walk-in closet, whirl-pool tub, separate marble shower, hair dryer and a double vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a private full bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. Each Bedroom has a Large TV plus the Den has a Flat Screen 46" HDTV.
This unit is located on the second floor (overlooking the lazy river) Unit #2205
Full sized washer & dryer in the unit. The private large balcony, overlooking the lazy river, has dining for eight.
This beautiful resort is located just 4 miles from "The Wharf" at Foley Beach Express. Easy to find...just look for the giant ferris wheel.
There are so many activities to enjoy while you are here. Bring your boat or jet ski- you can rent a boat slip while your here (call for details). You can play tennis on the roof-top court (racquets and balls provided at the front desk). Walk on the beach, climb to the top of the "Bell Tower" and enjoy the magnificent view. Swim in the indoor heated pool, hot tubs or work out in the gym while watching one of the two flat screen TV's. Watch the boats coming in and out of the ship channel and "The Sportsman Marina".
Our unit has a wet bar with extra ice maker, a DVD collections, Book Collection, games and TV's in each room.
We require a pre payment of $200 to hold the dates and reserve the unit. We accept Visa or Master Card and the pre payment goes directly to the balance. We have a cancellation policy in place in case your plans change. The balance will be collected at your arrival. There is a three night minimum for all reservations and a four night mimimum for all Holidays. Parking passes are purchased on site from the front desk.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. We DO NOT ALLOW PETS.

This unit was more than we expected and there was plenty of room for all of us. We only left the condo once the entire week. Will definitely rent from the owners again.

This was the Best Condo we have ever rented on the Alabama Coast! The Condo itself is Great...much more spacious than it even appeared to be in the photos...The Balcony is Huge and the grounds were Beautiful. We had my daughters 16th b-day party there & the girls LOVED the lazy river and the waterslide was a huge hit. The owner (Tina) was extremely accommodating and just so Nice...I can't say enough good things about her or the resort! Can't wait to go back!!

WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY IN A VERY BEAUTIFUL CONDO. IT IS WELL APPOINTED AND WE HAD 10 PEOPLE COMING AND GOING OVER THE WEEK WE WERE IN ORANGE BEACH. THEY WERE ALL COMFORTABLE. THE CONDO POOL AREA IS EXCEPTIONAL FOR TEENAGERS....

We just returned from our trip and had a lovely time. The unit was very large, had plenty of room for the nine of us staying there. The pool area was wonderful. We had kids ranging from age 9 to 19 and they all had a great time. There is alot of other things to do and great places to dine in the area. Thankyou , and I allready have recommed your condo to friends and family. Hope to return someday.

We stayed in this unit from April 29 thru May 2, 2010. We had a great time. Rooms were very spacious, we had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Balcony had a great view of the pool area, and lazy river, so we could keep tabs on our teen-aged son. Tina and Mark are wonderful people to deal with. Will rent from them again in the future!

I was very pleased with this unit. It's large enough for the whole family. The balcony is the perfect place to have that first cup of coffee in the morning because the view is wonderful. I hope to stay again soon.
