Designer Paint & Furnishings...Family Friendly! This three bedroom- three bath unit is large enough for a family of eight (each in a bed-each in a bedroom). The Master Bedroom suite has a King Bed and large walk-in closet, whirl-pool tub, separate marble shower, hair dryer and a double vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a private full bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath.

Full sized washer & dryer in the unit. The private large balcony, overlooking the lazy river, has dining for eight.
This beautiful resort is located just 4 miles from "The Wharf" at Foley Beach Express. Easy to find...just look for the giant ferris wheel.
There are so many activities to enjoy while you are here. Bring your boat or jet ski- you can rent a boat slip while your here (call for details). You can play tennis on the roof-top court (racquets and balls provided at the front desk). Walk on the beach, climb to the top of the "Bell Tower" and enjoy the magnificent view. Swim in the indoor heated pool, hot tubs or work out in the gym while watching one of the two flat screen TV's. Watch the boats coming in and out of the ship channel and "The Sportsman Marina".
Our unit has a wet bar with extra ice maker, a DVD collections, Book Collection, games and TV's in each room.
We require the refundable deposit of $100 and the cleaning-linen fee of $125 to be paid in order to hold the dates and make the reservation. We accept Visa or Master Card for the upfront fees. We have a cancellation policy in place in case your plans change. All taxes and parking passes are included in our pricing. The balance will be collected at your arrival. There is a three night minimum for all reservations and a four night mimimum for all Holidays.
We manage this unit ourselves to keep the costs down. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. We DO NOT ALLOW PETS. Tina Davis is part owner of this unit and is a Licensed Realtor in the State of Alabama.
