Great getaway with friends

We walked in and had everything we could want or need. All we needed to bring was food and clothes. This was fun for the entire week-end. There were so many choices of things to do. We will have to go back when we have more time to enjoy more activities. The home is very well maintained and the attention to detail makes feeling confortable at once. Being able to dock your boat right out the back door on the canal was wonderful. The boat lift makes getting in and out of your boat easy and safe. With a full kitchen, we were able to prepare our meals there. There was also a full laundry to keep up with the kids towels and swim suits. There are grocery stores, restaurants and a mall very close by. This place has it all! We will definately be going back for more fun getaways!

This was as spur of the moment trip for us and Pam & Mike were more than accommodating. There was plenty of room for all to spread out and enjoy their own space. We enjoyed boating, fishing, & scalloping. We would definitely rent from them again.

Great Place For Scalloping Weekend

This house was perfect for our Family Weekend Scalloping Trip. The house was Very Clean and it had another Family room that my daughter loved. We called it the (Kid Cave) If you are coming to this house with a boat it's a very short boat ride to the mouth of the river and it was easy to put the boat in and out of the water at the Days Inn down the street. The only thing we missed was a Gas Grill to cook out with. The owners Pam & Mike were very nice. We are already thinking about next Summer. Thanks, Pam & Mike

Loved Nature Coast Getaway!

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay and your home. We loved the location and layout...it is so spacious yet warm and cozy. The area is beautiful and we loved walking "the boys" down to the wildlife park every morning and evening. We took the Eco boat trip and loved it....the location of your home is the reason we discovered this park. Oh, and just for the record....we never went to the family room through the garage....that comment is just not valid. We loved the family room, especially the huge, beautiful window seat. It is a great room to hang out, watch tv, play games or read a book. Also, while the table near the kitchen is small, the large table in the sun room is "the place" to eat. We had plenty of room for everyone and got to enjoy the scenery of the canal during our meals. We just loved it!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness, nice furnishings (beds were extremely comfortable and appear to be brand new) and great condition of this rental home. You don't find many rental homes that are in this kind of condition. This house is perfect if you are a boater, kayaker or enjoy just being on the water. Plenty of local restaurants for those who don't want to cook! Pam & Mike were great to work with and seem to take pride in their property. We will definitely make a return visit.

Everything in the listing regarding this house is spot-on. This was my first VRBO experience and boy was I suprised. Pam the owner was the person I dealt with and she was very accomodating to work with and very helpful. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed. Although due to our situation on this trip we did not cook any meals, we were really surprised to have a nice Denny's just down the block. But if we had cooked all that was needed was the food. I have this house bookmarked in case we travel to the Crystal River area again. Thanks Pam and Mike for the wonderful lodging.

Thisi house is very clean, well maintained & the kitchen is well supplied with cooking equipment, utensils, dishes etc. Pam & Mike are responsive & very pleasant. It is a great location near the archaeological sites, there are nearby walking trails & it felt safe to bike all over the neighborhood which is pleasant & quiet. If you had a boat it would be easy to get out into the bay. The only short coming was that there really wasn't a dining room table (the picture is accurate-it's a small high-top). It is a little odd to go through the garage or through the sunporch to get to the family room but it is a perfectly pleasant & usable space. There is no barbeque grill. I would recommend it as above.
