Timber Lodge is an incredible full timber-frame home situated at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking Brian Head Ski Resort. At approximately 4500 square feet, it makes a wonderful multi-family retreat. Completed in 2006, this home is breathtakingly old and new. Constructed of large timbers in the timber frame style, the house also has 100 year old oak wood floors made from reclaimed wood from Ohio barns. It has wonderful views (perhaps the best on the mountain) of the ski resort and Brian Head mountain. But best of all, it's a true ski in/ski out home. The lodge is located in the 'Trails at Navajo' subdivision. It can be seen about 50 yards up from the tubing run located on the groomed access run. Come and enjoy the best Brian Head has to offer.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: We moved to Las Vegas in 2003 and visited Brian Head Utah for the first time that winter. We immediately knew we wanted to do something here. In the end, we found a lot that offered spectacular views right on the slope above the Navajo Lodge. We built a full timber frame home with many fine features. In 2007, we moved back east and began offering this unique home to renters. This home is one of the best Brian Head has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Brian Head:
Brian Head is a wonderful place for families or those who prefer a quiter time. In the winter, it's pure powder throughout the ski season as the average snowfall is about 400' a year. The lift lines are often non-existent during the week and even during non-holiday weekends. The snowmobiling offers some incredible trails through Evergreen and Birch forests which usually end up on some mountaintop offering brilliant views of Cedar Breaks Mounument - think southwest sandstone bursting of color.
The Unique Benefits at this Lodge:
Brian Head though great in the winter, offers as much in the summer. It's a perfect alternative to the 115 degree temperatures found in the Southwest. The Cedar City Shakespeare Festival offers a wonderful array of plays each year. Sitting in a replica of the Globe Theatre during a warm summer night watching live theatre is an absolute must. One can use Brian Head as a kick off point to visit the local National Parks of Bryce, Zion and even the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. As you might imagine, the outdoors activities of hiking, mountain biking, fishing, etcetera are in abundance.
