We purchased this condo in 2004 and love the time we're able to spend in the Outer Banks. Manteo and the surrounding areas have so much to offer families, couples, and individuals alike.
Why the Owner Chose Manteo
Located on Roanake Island, Manteo is a destination in itself. Add to it all that the surrounding towns offer and you discover the best of both worlds. Enjoy being in the heart of the Outer Banks with quaintness of the small town feel while still benefiting from all the historic & vacation attractions.
The development has an on-site 3 story waterfront restaurant, large pool and hot tub. Marina is operated separately. Easy to bike around, excellent kayaking, local entertainment, shopping, and dining abounds. Less than five miles from Nags Head Public Beach Access w/ parking and outside shower.

Exquisite Manteo Condo with All of the Amenities

Our family has stayed here twice in the past two months as this condo has everything to offer! It is immaculately kept, has a fully stocked kitchen, and two and a half baths. All of the comforts of home, away from home in a great location. The fitness center, poo, and hot tub are a stone's throw away and the water views are truly amazing. In addition to beautiful views, this property is walking distance from the quaint downtown Manteo area and many restaurants. The property owners are fantastic and very responsive. We will definitely return!
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a family group and were looking for a place to stay that was peaceful, had a nice pool, and allowed us to go at our own pace. This was it! The pool was never crowded and since only a few of the units are rented, the atmosphere was great. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful clean, spacious condo with nice furnishings and fantastic views! We've been to the Outer Banks many times but this was our first time to Manteo and we loved it. The owners are very easy to deal with and made sure our trip was enjoyable and we were taken care of! A great experience overall.

First time to the Outer Banks. What a wonderful place to see it. Everything was a short drive away. Great views of the water on both sides. We were very comfortable. The condo was nice and clean. The owners were easy to deal with. We highly recommend it.
Owner response:We are less than five miles from the Gray Eagle Street public beach access which has public parking and an outdoor shower for your convenience. Manteo also provides a wonderful location for biking to downtown, the Lost Colony, and more! There are so many things for families and couples to enjoy both in the immediate surroundings or just minutes away by car.

What a fantastic condo! It is in like-new condition and was spotless with high quality furniture. The location is great and the views are breathtaking. There are 2 huge decks that we just loved. One for sitting and watching the boats at the marina and one for looking out over the peaceful sound (you can even see Jockey's Ridge in the distance!). The pool and hot tub are great too - not very crowded and a 2 min walk. The owner was also a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend!
