  My family and I have stayed at this condo twice, once last July and once in April, and we are planning to come again next month. We love the location and views of the sound and Manteo. My sons (ages 15, 13, and 11) have gone to sailing camp in Manteo for several summers and this is by far the best place we've stayed. My kids love the pool and rec room on-site and spend many evenings playing pool or ping-pong. The condo is very well maintained and clean. We've never had an issue with anything not working or not meeting our expectation. I will say that there is no Wi-Fi, however, I actually have come to love the down time away from the internet (especially since I have teenagers). There are plenty of nearby places with free Wi-Fi for when they need their fix. This condo is perfect for a small family who wants to enjoy the Outer Banks!

  I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your condo. We have 2 teenagers, so it was nice that they could each have their own bedroom. Never had this before on previous vacations. We cooked in a few nights and always had breakfast in, so it was nice to have the full kitchen. We also enjoyed the spacious living room. We either played games at night or took turns picking out a video to rent. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony at night too. Thanks again. I will definitely recommend your condo to others.

  We had a wonderful stay in this condo and in Manteo. The photos of the condo and listing description were accurate. The condo is spacious, very comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Very welcoming interior when you walk in the front door. Lots of windows with great views from every room! Seating on the decks to take in the scenery. Manteo has a beautiful downtown and great restaurants. The outer banks beaches are wonderful as is the shopping and dining. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we've booked the condo in October!

  I would highly highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an extremely clean, roomy, comfortable oasis away from home with a WATER view from all windows!!! Working with the owner was awesome, and they were very helpful, and communicated with me in a timely manner. They answered all questions I had, and I never had an issue on my trip. This condo was extremely clean, and well maintained by the owners and the surrounding property was also very clean and well maintained. Linens, towels, cleanliness was very imporatant to me, and all amentites were up to my high expectations. This condo had all the comforts of home, and was an awesome vacation spot. It is centrally located between Manteo, NC and the beachs of the Outer Banks. You can be on the beach in 15 minutes viewing kites at Jockey's Ridge or visiting a lighthouse or downtown, historic Manteo shopping in about 5 minutes. It was the perfect location for my family, all the events we had planned for our weekend. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family, and did recommend the condo to all I spoke to on my trip to the Outer Banks. I have already recommended it to my family for future family get-togethers. It is a must rent for a beautiful vacation spot, on the water at the Outer Banks!!!

  Our family has stayed here twice in the past two months as this condo has everything to offer! It is immaculately kept, has a fully stocked kitchen, and two and a half baths. All of the comforts of home, away from home in a great location. The fitness center, poo, and hot tub are a stone's throw away and the water views are truly amazing. In addition to beautiful views, this property is walking distance from the quaint downtown Manteo area and many restaurants. The property owners are fantastic and very responsive. We will definitely return!

  We had a family group and were looking for a place to stay that was peaceful, had a nice pool, and allowed us to go at our own pace. This was it! The pool was never crowded and since only a few of the units are rented, the atmosphere was great. We'll definitely be back!

  Wonderful clean, spacious condo with nice furnishings and fantastic views! We've been to the Outer Banks many times but this was our first time to Manteo and we loved it. The owners are very easy to deal with and made sure our trip was enjoyable and we were taken care of! A great experience overall.

  First time to the Outer Banks. What a wonderful place to see it. Everything was a short drive away. Great views of the water on both sides. We were very comfortable. The condo was nice and clean. The owners were easy to deal with. We highly recommend it.

  Owner response: We are less than five miles from the Gray Eagle Street public beach access which has public parking and an outdoor shower for your convenience. Manteo also provides a wonderful location for biking to downtown, the Lost Colony, and more! There are so many things for families and couples to enjoy both in the immediate surroundings or just minutes away by car.

  What a fantastic condo! It is in like-new condition and was spotless with high quality furniture. The location is great and the views are breathtaking. There are 2 huge decks that we just loved. One for sitting and watching the boats at the marina and one for looking out over the peaceful sound (you can even see Jockey's Ridge in the distance!). The pool and hot tub are great too - not very crowded and a 2 min walk. The owner was also a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend!
