Waterfront House with a dock. House has 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Huge kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of room on the 60 foot long dock for your boat or to fish at night. Great backyard over looking the bay and Washburn Island. Views of Martha's Vineyard from the kitchen window. Plenty of room for the whole family. Swim right off the dock or go to the private beach just 4 houses down. The water is a bay so it is always 10 degrees warmer then the ocean and great for little kids because there are no big waves or strong currents.

A mid size boat would be the max for the dock weight limit. There are no bridges to get to the ocean and the vineyard is about a 15 min ride. You can go for the day to Oaks Bluff and get a free mooring. Fishing is excellent within a 20 min ride. Stripers, blues, flukes, bonito and bluefin.
