COSTA BONITA! The beautiful, exclusive beachfront resort of Costa Bonita is the perfect place for a wonderful getaway with friends and family. The amazing views of the ocean, the sunsets, and the barefoot beach strolls are only parts of the phenomenal Mexican experience waiting for you at Costa Bonita.
Costa Bonita really is a luxury experience. The condominium and resort are located on the 3.5 miles of beautiful beach and include all the necessities you could ever need, including: lighted tennis courts, swimming pools, purified water system, Jacuzzi, Internet access, cell phone reception, grocery store, fitness center, masseuse, garden, and Palapa (palm tree) bar!
The Condo itself is a warm and inviting home away from home. The 2 queen beds and extended pull-out couch makes it easy to sleep up to 6, as well as the 2 full bathrooms can accommodate the whole family. The fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, stereo system, and ocean-view balcony are also just a few luxury amenities to compliment the perfect day.
The location cannot get any better than this. Your balcony has a view of the ocean and the pool and you will never see a more beautiful sunset than here at Costa Bonita. The beach is full of life with fresh tide-pools, horse-back riding, barefoot walks, massages, 4 wheel ATV’s, swimming, snorkeling, scuba-diving, parasailing, boogie-boarding and surfing to name a few. There is a water-park a short walk down the beach, as well as the many restaurants and bars that you are sure to always find along the way.
The Condo is isolated from downtown to add to the relaxation you are sure to enjoy, but downtown Mazatlan/Golden Zone is a quick 5 minute car ride or a 10 minute bus ride that leaves from right outside the condo for the upbeat city tempo. Mazatlan has all the wonderful shops, dancing, ethnic restaurants, bars and nightclubs, the pacifico brewery, tequila factory (with tastings!), traditional fiestas, street fairs, markets, city tours, and anything you could possibly imagine.
Our Condo is located in BUILDING A, UNIT 301. The staff speak English and the weekly maid service is included in your reservation. Whether you are looking for relaxation, excitement, fun, or all 3, you are sure to find them here at Costa Bonita!

Why the Owner Chose Mazatlan
We decided to purchase our condo at Costa Bonita because it is the perfect place to take a break from all the stresses of daily life. Mazatlan was a great choice because it was not completely taken over by tourists, which helped to preserve a lot of the culture, atmosphere, and flavor of a Mexican city. We also really liked Mazatlan because it was easy to reach by airplane, and it was hassle free getting to the city. The condo, which is 5 minutes from Mazatlan, was perfect for us because it was isolated enough where we could relax and do as we please and still have all the amenities we could ask for. Plus, Costa Bonita has the most beautiful beach I have ever seen.
