There are so many things to do, as well as places to go, and sights to see in this area that you won’t have any difficulty planning your adventures. The beach is only a few blocks away for fun in the sun and surf. Cambria is about 20 minutes, with art galleries and fine restaurants galore. San Luis Obispo, with the world famous Mission de Tolosa and The Performing Arts Center, is 20 minutes from Morro Bay. San Simeon, gateway to Hearst Castle, just 40 minutes. You will find over 70 fine wineries in the area, many of these 'award winning'. Paso Robles offers it’s "Harvest Wine Tour" in October, and one of the best State Fair’s in California.

This is such a nice place to visit, we love staying in Morro Bay. It seems to be rented a lot so we have to reserve it way in advance.
