There are so many things to do, as well as places to go, and sights to see in this area that you won’t have any difficulty planning your adventures. The beach is only a few blocks away for fun in the sun and surf. Cambria is about 20 minutes, with art galleries and fine restaurants galore. San Luis Obispo, with the world famous Mission de Tolosa and The Performing Arts Center, is 20 minutes from Morro Bay. San Simeon, gateway to Hearst Castle, just 40 minutes. You will find over 70 fine wineries in the area, many of these 'award winning'. Paso Robles offers it’s 'Harvest Wine Tour' in October, and one of the best State Fair’s in California.

Good location - you can easily walk to the Embarcadero or the Farment's Market on Main Street. It is quiet at night and well kept up. There is a VCR/DVD player for the grandkids. There is also enough room in the living room to sleep a couple more kids on cots if necessary. Milton is GREAT to work with! He is very helpful and courteous. We were able to cook in when we wanted to and walk to a variety of local restaurants. We even brought a small bbq and used it on the small balcony without any trouble. Overall we had a wonderful week and we can't wait to visit again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
