San Luis Obispo, with the world famous Mission de Tolosa and The Performing Arts Center, is 20 minutes from Morro Bay. San Simeon, gateway to Hearst Castle, just 40 minutes. You will find over 70 fine wineries in the area, many of these 'award winning'. Paso Robles offers it’s "Harvest Wine Tour" in October, and one of the best State Fair’s in California.
