  My wife and I stayed in this accommodation for the month of January, 2013. It was our first time using VRBO and we were a little apprehensive about what our experience might be. After one attempt at contacting another owner and being disappointed with their response, we found John and Sue's listing. We were pleased from our very first contact and being able to speak to them directly by telephone was a big plus. John and Sue are extremely professional to deal with and answered our questions promptly and in detail. Their willingness to be accommodating and their integrity was exhibited throughout our stay. We encountered a small compatibility problem connecting our Ipad to the wireless system and even though it was not a fault of the system, John took it upon himself to have a computer technician come to the house to make it work at his expense. The description of the listing was completely accurate and the photos were exactly as we found the home. The artwork and decor of the home as shown in the pictures really don't do them justice. They really add to the ambiance and the enjoyment of the home. It is an extremely comfortable, very spacious and relaxing home. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and well maintained. There are many attractions and good restaurants in Green Valley and area. We enjoyed several Mexican restaurants in particular. Madera Canyon is close by and we spent more time there than we expected. we wish that we had spent even more time at Madera Canyon.The Desert Museum, Kartchner Caverns and the Titan Missile Museum were among our favourites. There are good shopping facilities close by and Tubac is a must to visit. We also played golf at several of the courses which are close by. We would have no reservations recommending this property and would gladly return.   We have just returned from a two week stay at this exceptional home. The home is beautifully appointed and we enjoyed all the beautiful art . The previous reviews describe it perfectly. It is spacious and perfect for entertaining. We had Thanksgiving dinner there and it was a wonderful experience-lots of room for entertaining and a kitchen that is very well equipped. There is absolutely nothing lacking. The owners,John and Sue were amazing to work with. They even installed toll-free calling to Canada for us. No one should hesitate to rent this home -it is amazing.

  We spent 5 months in this lovely spacious home, enjoying our time immensely. The home is comfortable with a sunny open living room adjoining the formal dining room and large kitchen. The gas fireplace was wonderful, taking the chill off those occasional chilly winter evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, ample dishware, glassware and cutlery, as well as cooking utensils and extras. The bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable, the master having a king bed, walk-in closet, Jacuzzi-style tub and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom and ensuite bathroom (the “guest” suite) proved very private for our occasional guests. All loved the décor of the room, the large walk-in closet, and private bath. All linens were very high quality and in ample supply. There’s a private office off the main living area with computer hook-up and flat screen TV. The location is excellent, in a charming, safe, gated community fronting onto the fifth hole of the Torres Blancas Golf Club. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors very friendly. The back patio is sunny and warm, great for sitting out and enjoying the mountains. It’s large with 2 lounges, patio table and chairs and modern gas barbeque. The front patio gets the late afternoon sun, wonderful for enjoying those last rays of sunshine. The home owners are members of the Green Valley Recreation, Inc. which allows renters to purchase an inexpensive short-term membership at the recreation centers. This is a great and economical way to enjoy the gym, pool, special events, club activities, etc. The home owners are professional, congenial and accommodating. This is a lovely home and we plan to return to enjoy all it offered.

  All the previous reviews told the story I would say. We spent the month of March in this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute of our stay. If you looking for a beautiful, well equipped, comfortable home this is the one you should go to. Beds are so comfortable- closets are huge -kitchen is amazing with nothing missing.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

  This is a great house with all the comforts of home! The owners have done everything to ensure that renters enjoy their time here, including supplying games and puzzles, movies and CDs. Not only is there wireless internet for your laptop, a printer has also been provided. All paper products (even napkins)and cleaning products have been supplied in abundance, along with plenty of towels and linens. The house is comfortable and absolutely beautiful. We've been here for two weeks and have had some cool nights so took advantage of the cozy fireplace. We'll be staying for another month and look forward to entertaining friends in this lovely home. Can't wait for them to see the sunrise over the Santa Rita mountain range. John and Sue Nelson obviously care about their house AND their renters. They have a wonderful place here. You won't be disappointed!

  This is a spectacular home. The description diesn't fully reflect how large, gracious, fully outfitted, beautifully decorated it is. My husband and I have often enjoyed finding VRBO homes when we travel, from Hawaii to Washington State to Vermont. We have always been pleased with our arrangements, but we have never been to a home as beautifully designed and furnished, as fully outfitted, and as pristine. There are actually 3 dining areas. The kitchen has every item of cookware or serving supply that one could imagine. The patio and front courtyard are lovely and the bird-watching has been great. We have quail parading by every day, hummingbirds even in winter, and an owl in the neighborhood tonight. We have been loving it all, especially the view, the sleep number and massage bed, the perfect kitchen, the jacuzzi, and, of course, the birds and the view of the mountains. Bravo! It is a wonderful place and we only wish we could be here for months! We'll be back!

  As a "old" friend of the owners of this lovely home, I was their first guest & assisted in getting it set up for future guests. I also happen to be a licensed Realtor in Arizona & I can truly say, this is an outstanding home! It has the popular open floor plan, that everyone loves. The kitchen is huge & is open to the great room - wonderful for entertaining. There are two spacious master suites - split for privacy. Your guests will never want to leave! A wall of windows looks out over the covered patio & beautiful mountain views - or enjoy golf course views from the charming front courtyard. This home is tastefully decorated & immaculate. Great location, convenient to all the Green Valley amenities. You'll love it!!! (I can't wait to be a guest again.)
