This upscale 3 bedroon, 3 bath, 8th floor beachfront condo in Romar Place has been totally renovated from top to bottom and is a must see for your vacation. In the heart of Orange Beach, this high-end condo easily sleeps 8 with a luxury king in the master bedroom, another luxury king in the second bedroom, fabulous twin beds in the third bedroom, as well as a relaxing queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms with granite counter tops. The master bath has a large walk in travertine shower, and the others have georgeous traverting surrounds. Interior appointments include fully equipped kitchen, 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, full size washer and dryer, VERY large gulf front balcony accessible via living room and master bedroom as well as an extra balcony off the rear bedroom, and 100% Egyptian cotton linens on all beds.

When you need to get away, this totally renovated unit at Romar Place is your vacation destination. Romar Place 801 is directly on the beach and also has great eastward facing windows for amazing unobstructed sunrises. This unit was completely renovated in May of 2009 with all brand new furnishings as well. As you can see from the pictures, the main balcony is a full wrap around, very large, balcony with seating for 8.

We are located directly above the brand new outdoor pool, with unobstructed views of the entire beach to the south, east and west. With multiple sliding glass doors that allow for premium access to the gulf breeze, you will wonder why we even have air conditioning.

This luxurious Alabama beachfront and ocean front condominium allows everyone in your party to enjoy their ideal vacation. Our unit offers perfect panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The recent renovations and brand new luxury appointments will completely relax you after a day on the beach, shopping, charter fishing, or enjoying the beautiful golf courses we have to offer.

We are a non-smoking, adult and family friendly unit that does not allow pets or student only rentals. The complex offers an indoor and outdoor pool, along with a hot tub, sauna, and workout room. Feel free to relax on the beach during the day and enjoy the areas great dining and nightlife in the evening which is only minutes away from the condo, some even in walking distance.

The master bedroom and living room sliding glass doors open to the balcony and allow you to view the sunrise and sunsets from almost anywhere in the condo. The entertainment center in the living room offers a brand new flat screen tv with DVD and high end sound system with high speed internet connection for both wireless and wired applications.

Why the Owner Chose Romar Place

Our family has always loved vacationing at the Gulf Coast, and from Baton Rouge, we are only about 4 hours from Orange Beach. The location off the new expressway, and being directly on the beach, made for an easy decision to purchase a unit at Romar Place. In addition to the brand new pool area and grills, Romar Place has only 66 units which allows for plenty of space on the wide beach without feeling crowded. In addition, we recently completely renovated the entire unit with full granite upgrades, new moldings, stainless appliances, carpet, and completely new furnishings. This unit is absolutely gorgeous! Lastly, our corner unit location offers one of the largest balconies on the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. We hope you enjoy this home away from home as much as we do.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Romar Place is conveniently located 1 mile off the expressway on the beach highway. This location is far enough away from downtown to enjoy quiet beach time, as well as close enough to the action to make for great dinners out and fun for the entire family. We have shopping and dining less than a mile away, as well as some of the best nightlife on the coast. The new outdoor pool, and the large indoor pool offer choices in addition to the pristine beaches. We have multiple world class golf courses nearby and one of the best shopping centers on the gulf.

The reason we decided to purchase this unit is because our kids and family truly love the beach. We all live in Louisiana and are close enough to enjoy this piece of paradise throughout the year.
