Why the Owner Chose Venice Beach
In my opinion, Venice is the ideal beach town in all of California. Venice Beach has the widest, whitest sandy beach of anywhere I've been and the famous Venice Boardwalk is so much fun to stroll down on any given day. The town of Venice is simply amazing, as it is the epicenter of art culture in Los Angeles. There are so many famous, and up-and-coming artists and studios here its fascinating.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I love being on the doorstep of Abbot Kinney Boulevard, Venice's main retail drag. There are so many great coffee shops, galleries, some of the best caliber restaurants in Los Angeles, and hip lounges and bars for late night. For performing arts, the Electric Lodge, and L.A. Theatre are right around the corner. I love this house because you can walk to all of the best of Los Angeles - the arts, the beach, shopping, restaurants.
