We have been vacationing in this area for over 40 years and absolutely love it. We would like to share this fun with you and your family. The beaches of the Alabama Coast are some of the prettiest in the world. And the seafood is wonderful!!!
Located on the 10th floor, our condo is roomy and comfortable. Our balcony is absolutely GRAND and we spend many hours watching the birds fly by and the folks strolling on the beach and swimming in the ocean. RELAXATION AT ITS BEST. One weekend (5/09/09) the BLUE ANGELS flew directly in front of us as we were sitting on the balcony. That was a first !!!!! And took our breath away.
There is a king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and TWO queens in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD's. The den and master have new flat screen TV/DVD combinations for your enjoyment. Free high speed internet is available. We have custom made draperies throughout. Also we have a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. We have local management who will deal with check-in's, keys, lockouts, maintenance issues, emergencies, etc.
The kitchen is large with an island in the middle. Kitchen has new faucets and sink installed in 2011. There is a bar between the den and kitchen with two bar stools. We have provided all cooking utensils, cookware (including a crockpot) and dishes for your convenience OR you can enjoy one of the many restaurants in the area.
We have on site an outdoor pool, outdoor baby pool, indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, basketball goal and tennis courts. The Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area has many additional attractions. The city of Mobile is only about an hour away to the west as well as the casinos on the coast of Mississippi. Pensacola, Florida is about 30 minutes away to the east with more good food and the Naval Aviation Museum. There is no end to the activities you can enjoy with little or no driving. Just pack your bags and come on down!!!!

The Alabama coast is our favorite place to vacation and we finally decided to buy our own condo since we were visiting in this area several times a year.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is sort of right in the middle of everything. You can park your car and just sit on the balcony or beach. Or, you can get out and see things, eat wonderful seafood and shop to your heart's content. It is the best of all worlds for relaxing. Extra Bonus: We are friends and neighbors of the folks who own the unit next door to ours. We can help you arrange for family reunions, golf outings, girls' weekends, etc. for larger groups needing 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

My family and I stayed here in July. It is very nice and well equipted with just about anything you could need. Large rooms and a huge balcony with tremendous views made our visit very comfortable and enjoyable. The owner is just a delightful person and has decorated it very tastefully. The beach, indoor, outdoor and wading pools, plus tennis courts and basketball goals give you plenty to do on site. Prudential Cooper RE manages the property and they couldn't have been any nicer and made it smooth and easy for us to check in an out. You can't go wrong with this condo. William (Birmingham, AL)

Great Condo!! Very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, great view of the ocean and beach and made us feel at home. We brought my mother who is 85 all the way down to my grandson who is 10 months. My mother fell in love with the balcony and the breathtaking views. Having the pack n play there was an added bonus. Being centrally located by everything was great. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at this condo on several occasions and had a wonderful time everytime. Clean and comfortable with a huge balcony. Good beds with nice linens and a full washer & dryer. Lovely amenities in the building as well. Convenient to stores and eateries. Of course this is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world as well.
