Upon entering this home, you are greeted by an impressive foyer that leads to a living room with a see through gas fireplace, hardwood flooring, detailed beam ceilings and beautiful furnishings providing a warm welcome for you, your family and friends. Pass through the living room to the dining room which also has the gas see through fireplace perfect for cozy candle and firelight dinners.
To the right of the living room, is one of 3 entrances to the huge L shaped screen porch complete with picnic table, corner bar and cozy seating area and off the porch is a large deck with benches and recliners for the sun lovers.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, custom cabinets, a great breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances including an oversized refrigerator and a warming drawer. Off the kitchen is the breakfast area next to a bank of windows and another entrance to the screened porch.
Just off of the living room is Deluxe Master Suite with a King sized bed, huge walk-in California closet, a sitting area for quiet reading, and a master bath with a corner whirlpool tub, huge beautifully tiled shower with multiple spray and his and her vanities.
Two more spacious bedrooms are off the hallway on one side of the house. One of the bedrooms has a queen sized sofa bed and fabulous built-ins along one wall which make this bedroom a great day time office away from home. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a queen bed and an easy chair for reading and relaxing. Between these two bedrooms is a large beautifully tiled bathroom.
To the left of the kitchen is the second master suite which is decorated in serene island motif and has a queen sized bed. The private bathroom is beautifully appointed and tiled and spacious like all the other rooms in this house. A large laundry room with sink and cabinetry and a large pantry complete the spacious first floor.
Take the stairs to the second floor and enter the fun and airy family room or media room complete with wet bar, wine refrigerator and bright furnishings. Here you will gather to watch movies on the flat screen TV or play games or just relax.
The fifth bedroom is here on the second floor and this is a huge room with two queen beds and lots of space and YES – even a palm tree!! The bathroom located between the Palm bedroom and the media room is decorated like a sauna and features a large tiled shower.

Why the Owner Chose Fenwick Island
Ever since my husband and I moved to the Delaware Shore area, we have wanted to have a second home in a resort community so we could use it to rent to vacationers and also so we could use it to accommodate our friends and family. When this gorgeous model home became available for purchase we knew this was the house we had been waiting for. The Bayside Resort is going to be the PREMIER community in the entire Delaware beach area within just a few years and we want to be a part of that. Bayside is centrally located to miles and miles of pristine beaches in the Delaware resort towns of Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach as well as 10 miles of beaches in Ocean City, MD. The restaurants and night life in Ocean City are just minutes away.

Bayside has something for everyone: The Sun Ridge recreation center has a 4,000 sq ft outdoor pool with separate whirlpool & kids' Splash Zone as well as locker rooms, fitness facility, and snack bar. My husband and I had always dreamed of living near the ocean and when we had the opportunity to move to the Delaware Shore areas, we jumped at the chance. We have lived near Bethany Beach for 13 years now. We work and play here and we love this area. I am a real estate agent with a love for investing in real estate and my husband is in training and development. We love to boat and swim and go to the beach and we are able to do all of these recreational things living near the ocean and the bays of Delaware.
