This bright, breezy, newer, ground level duplex on a clear 100 foot wide channel should be your vacation destination. A large, beautiful, living area is open to the fabulous kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom with a new king bed and cozy sitting area has its own private bath with a double vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a queen bed and also a twin bed. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides a 4th separate area for a total of 1 king, 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed. All bedrooms have TV's, radios & ceiling fans.
Relax on the deck along the tropical plantings and under the palms or fish off the 37.5 foot step-down dock. The home is located on the "best side" of the channel. The southeast exposure is the preferred location in Key Colony Beach for protection from the afternoon sun. Enjoy the Cabana Club where you can swim in the 65' pool, or relax on their beach. Check out the snack bar or enjoy a tropical cocktail while the kids hang out in the game room. Take the short walk, drive your own car, or call them...they'll pick you up!
Walk over to Sunset Park for a sunset you'll never forget! The best restaurant in the Marathon area is within walking distance as well as other restaurants & deli. Or stay in and cook your catch on our new Weber gas grill.
There is water and power at the dock. We have a bait freezer to store your chum, etc.
Our management company will assist with your check-in/out and be there to answer your questions regarding our home and the Keys area.

What a great place! Your home will make any vacation a hit. It is a beautiful place. The Cabana Club was awesome. We fished and fished but the seas were too rough for our boat. Disappointed men. So we went out fo rfish at the Castaway. ...Nice neighbors and we did catch lots of sun!

We have been coming to the Keys for years and this trip was the "Best"! Your home is beautiful and well equipped with any, and everything one needs on a vacation :). We had a great time lobstering, fishing and realxing! The Cabana was reat, a nice finish to each day! Hope to book next year!

We had a wonderful vacati0n, great weather & loved the accommodations. I love the way your house is layed out. Everything we could have wanted and needed was here. The popsicles in the freezer & beach toys in the closet were such a surprise, my Granddaugher screamed when she saw both things. My Grandson went all over the house in his walker and he loved looking at and talking to himself in the morrors in the hallway! What an awesome kitchen!! This is the first family vacation we have taken together with our children and grandchildren and it couldn't have been better. You have an awesome home, love the way it is decorated and hope we will be able to come back to your home again. Thanks for everything. PS Enjoyed the Jimmy Buffet CD-we played it over and over!!!

A special family vacation at a perfect, relaxing atmosphere...and beautiful, clean home. We enjoyed everthing this home had to offer. We prepared wonderful food in your nicely equipped kitchen...including lobster tail. Easy access to our boat and it took us quickly to our preferred dive and fishing spots. It was so fun, the time went by too fast!

This has been our best trip to the Keys. We have been coming for 10 years and by far with your house being so well equipped made it a pleasure. So many times we have stayed at places and I always have to bring extra items. I never had to use them here. We have friends that we meet down here and this was their 4th year. This is the first time we had rented a place together. They just left this evening and remarked at how great this trip was for them with the setup. We did some dolphin fishing and lobstering. It sure was a blast! One more day to go. So sad it has to end. We would love to come back again.
