Master bedroom with top of the line King size bed, balcony, full length mirror and spacious closet, 32-inch LCD TV, master bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Second Bedroom has a full size bed, modern bathroom with both wall and rain shower.
This home away from home has two allocated parking spots, lovely, inviting patio area overlooking your very own quiet and cozy, beautifully lit and landscaped garden. Perfect for enjoying the sun, a good book, or drinks with friends. 50-inch Plasma TV in living room with DVD player.
We do not recommended this place to families with small children dew to the design of the house.
No need to pay for parking at the beach, it is only a quick walk from the door. Atlantic Avenue is close too and there is a free shuttle that makes stops up and down the Avenue if you don’t feel like walking.
Short Walk to famous, quaint, and trendy "Atlantic Avenue" (also known as: "Village By The Sea") where there is always something going on. Monthly, Atlantic avenue will close to foot traffic only for downtown art, music, theater, food, sports, and movie festivals and fairs. Bustling with seaside indoor/outdoor restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, art galleries, spas etc.
The house is also just two miles east of I-95 making it ultra convenient in getting around, sightseeing, and exploring Florida.

I rather like to write no review about this place, because I fear If I write about the great location, the personal styling, the awsome bathrooms and so on..., this place will always be overbooked and we can`t get in anymore. We had a perfect stay, thank you Ken, Sima and Joe

Our stay was nothing less then perfect! Walk to the beach, walk to town. Condo had everything that your home might have, maybe even better TV's. Owner is accessible and helpful. I must admit, we really didn't need him during our one month stay. I look forward to many vacations in Delray, hopefully, at the home of Ken and Sima. I only hope that after this review, there are openings left for myself, my husband and little dog.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.
