Unit has been renovated in November 2010. New paint, new carpet, new granite countertops in the kitchen, new hardware on doors, etc. Come and experience this beautiful South Forest Beach villa located just a short walk to the sandy South Forest beach. Also close by are Coligny Plaza and Harbor Town, both of which offer unique shopping and casual or fine dining. Bicycle/scooter rentals and horseback riding/stable are also close by, as are a dozen challenging public championship golf courses. Free tennis and use of a fitness center is included in the rental package.
Our spacious 1570 square foot villa is one of the largest rental villas on the island. It has been recently redecorated with all new furnishings such as the comfy sectional and coordinating chair with ottoman in living room, flat screen TV with digital cable and DVD player. Our unit is an end unit which means we have windows in the kitchen/dining/living area allowing for lots of natural light and view of the outdoors. The living room opens onto a balcony/deck overlooking a lagoon with fountain and the pool area. The large kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and everything you will need to feel right at home. The main floor bedroom features Rattan furniture with two double beds,a desk, TV armoire, and private bath/shower. There is a full laundry room with washer/dryer next to the kitchen, and a half bath off the living room. "WIRELESS INTERNET" is provided, so bring your laptop computers!
There are two upstairs bedrooms one of which features a beautiful canopy queen bed with matching dresser, mirror, and bench. The second bedroom boasts a pottery barn style king bed with matching dresser and nightstand. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV's, cable, ample closet space and their own private baths. The queen room has a DVD player. We have provided a child safety gate in the king bedroom closet to make the villa safe for the little ones.
Guests receive privileges at the Players Club fitness center with indoor swimming pool and racquetball courts, as well as one hour per day of free tennis at the world famous Dennis Van Der Meer Tennis Academy, both of which are next door. It is a short 10-12 minute walk to the beach. In the outside storage area there are beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach buggy provided for your use. Bike rentals are just a block away and make for a fun relaxing way to enjoy the island.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully furnished and comfortable villa. There was plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom was spacious, with a private bath. Plenty of linens were provided. We utilized the washer and dryer daily (a necessity when you are at the beach) and were very glad they were provided. The beach and shopping were located nearby, but I suggest driving to the free parking area and walking from there if you haul a lot of items to the beach like we did. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hilton Head. The owner was easy to contact and great to work with.

This property was excellent choice for my family. We comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 children for 10 days in this space. The property was very well managed and taken care of, as well as clean. When the coffee pot was not working, the owners efficiently replaced the item within one day. This location was a central location to the island, as we were minutes away from the beach and restaurants (all within walking distance). My family was extremely pleased with this property and will consider staying in this same property for another vacation. I highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful condo that is centrally located on the island. It's roomy enough for two families with teenagers (had plenty of bathrooms). The upgraded bed linens furniture, and comfy matresses made you feel like you were staying at a Westin Hotel! The roomy, well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook a few dinners with ease. The beach was a short walk away and was very clean and family oriented. There is a grocery store behind the property within walking distance - it was very handy. Our favorite activity was a catamaran/sailboat ride at sunset - we saw dolphins! The owner was very nice to work with and provided excellent customer service! The neighborhood was quiet, serene, and nice place to relax. Too many excellent restaurants to list. Not suitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

We had a great vacation at this property. I would recommend this property to anyone who has a large family or possibly more than one family going together. There were four adults and three children on our vacation, and there was plenty of space and bathrooms. Villa was well kept and just as promised. It was located in a central location that was close to the beach, grocery stores, and other shopping and restaurants. I especially liked being able to sit on the deck to drink my coffee in the morning.
