The apartment was great! It was clean (which is extremely important!), nicely furnished, roomy and exactly what my kids and I hoped for. While looking out the back balcony which overlooks the rushing Swan River, we saw White-tailed Deer, Rufous Hummingbirds, Red-tailed Chipmunks, Red Squirrels, Osprey and Bohemian Waxwings. We spent many fun hours walking around the cute village of Bigfork (everyone was so friendly and helpful), we also did a lot of bike riding on the bike path. Brookies Cookies had fabulous music the whole time we were there. We saw Fiddler on the Roof at the quaint theater. It was a nearly a perfect vacation! (I would have to look hard for any negatives...if I had any suggestions it would be to put in a sink disposal. And I wish the main bike path hooked up with other bike paths so that you wouldn't have to go on busy roads in order to take longer rides.) We had a wonderful time!!! Leslie

We enjoyed this beautiful condo in Bigfork. We prepared many meals, and even used the grill on the deck a couple evenings to grill steak and chicken. We even discovered that hummingbirds appear each evening at dusk off the deck, chasing mosquitoes for their evening meal! With a/c, it's quiet, cool and comfortable -- regardless of the summer heat. It's on second floor, with no elevator, so all baggage must be carried up stairs to condo, and bedroom is also up a flight of stairs.
Owner response:There is an elevator in the complex, but the bedroom is on the second floor of our unit.
