Our warm and inviting townhome is located right on the bike path and is a 5 minute walk or ski to the River Run ski lifts and the River Run Gondola!
With views of Baldy and walking distance to most Ketchum amenities, you can't find a better location.
The main level features a heated double garage with direct entry into a full laundry room. Proceed into the cozy den complete with 2 couches, a 37" HD TV and direct access to the private back patio.
A very well equipped kitchen - a cook's delight - is between the den and dining/living area. The kitchen is complete with dining service for 10, a blender, espresso maker, coffee maker, microwave, and all the pots, pans, platters, baking essentials and cookbooks you would need for a gourmet meal.
The dining room has seating for 8. A convenient powder room is off the kitchen area. An inviting living room, with gas river rock fireplace, 42" HD TV/DVD/VCR & Ipod music system, 2 couches and views of Baldy completes the first floor level.
Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with King bed, walk-in closet, private bath with double vanity counter, jetted tub, tiled shower and private toilet. The master also has a private balcony with Baldy views.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and lots of closet and dresser space. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds (which can be converted into a King), a TV and generous closet and dresser storage.
These two bedrooms share a bathroom with single sink vanity and tiled shower/tub.
The private patio features a hot tub, propane BBQ and dining for 6. A large grass common area is adjacent for the kids to run around while you enjoy a soak in the hot tub!

Why the Owner Chose Ketchum
We love this location because we can ski to the lifts in less than 5 minutes, jump on the bikes and ride out to the new Golf/Nordic center or into town for shopping, a meal, a movie or a walk to the river with our little boys to seek out fish and rocks to throw...all from our front door. No loading up the car with gear...we just grab our skis or bikes and GO! You can't get more convenient than that.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We love being able to look up at the mountain from our living room and master bedroom. Walking/skiing to the lifts is about the best benefit you can get while staying in a ski town. Walking access to the bike path and river and downtown Ketchum are wonderful too!

This townhouse was purchased after selling our home in Hailey and moving to Hood River, OR. We wanted to keep our 'roots' in Sun Valley and we love our weekend getaways to our second home in Ketchum. We've attempted to make this townhouse as comfortable as our full-time home and hope you will feel the same warmth, joy and comfort as we do when we spend time here! This beautiful home was perfect for our girls' weekend (7 of us)! We loved walking to downtown Ketchum, to the Wood River trail and to take the gondola up Baldy. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, well-organized and comfortable with considerate amenities, comfy beds, plenty of dishes/utensils/spices in the kitchen. And Michelle was very responsive, organized and overall just a delight to work with. We had the best time here. Thank you!

We stayed at the Sabina home for three nights with a group of 7 people,including two teens--and everyone found it close to perfect for their needs. It's a lovely and luxurious home, decorated in warm colors and it comes stocked (and perfectly organized) with everything we needed, right down to the spices in the well-appointed kitchen. Super-comfy beds, fluffy white towels, heated floors and the hot tub made it a great home-away-from-home for our group of Nordic skiers. We loved being able to walk into Ketchum or jump right onto the groomed Wood River Trail in just moments. And as a plus, the owner Michelle was easily the clearest and most punctual property owner I've ever worked with.

Dear Michelle, Craig & family, What can I say but it was awesome! What a wonderful Christmas for our family. Skiing was great - we even got some great powder! Your place is so cozy - loved the 2 living rooms and hot tub. We would love to come again - if my legs can handle the slopes. Some good eats: Wise Guy Pizza, Rickshaw, Knob Hill (very nice dinner) & great Mexican at Despo's. Happy New Year!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was the perfect place for relaxation following long days of activity. It was very nice to have a comfortable place to call home for a few days. A great time! This was our first trip to Idaho. We all enjoyed the condo, especially the hot tub after a long days' hike or bike. Weather was fantastic. Enjoyed Rico's and Ketchum Grill - although steaks on the grill at the condo were the best. This is an ideal place to stay and had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing it with us!

This townhome was the perfect space for us. Beds are comfortable, which is really important to us. Lots of space, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed, they had. Great location, with a beautiful bike/jogging trail extremely close, beautiful view of the mountains. I don't know if we could have found a more perfect rental, I really don't. We had the most amazing stay and are looking forward to going back as soon as possible! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we loved it! Symoni
