Our stay at this beautiful town home was amazing. We had great snow and great weather. I think the best part was the ease of dealing with Michelle, she is so organized and goes that extra step to make sure your stay is everything it is meant to be. We can't recommend this place enough and if we ever get the chance to go back to Sun Valley I know where we will be staying. Thanks again Michelle and Craig

Beautiful Vacation Home in Perfect Location

This beautiful home was perfect for our girls' weekend (7 of us)! We loved walking to downtown Ketchum, to the Wood River trail and to take the gondola up Baldy. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, well-organized and comfortable with considerate amenities, comfy beds, plenty of dishes/utensils/spices in the kitchen. And Michelle was very responsive, organized and overall just a delight to work with. We had the best time here. Thank you!

Luxurious and Organized

We stayed at the Sabina home for three nights with a group of 7 people,including two teens--and everyone found it close to perfect for their needs. It's a lovely and luxurious home, decorated in warm colors and it comes stocked (and perfectly organized) with everything we needed, right down to the spices in the well-appointed kitchen. Super-comfy beds, fluffy white towels, heated floors and the hot tub made it a great home-away-from-home for our group of Nordic skiers. We loved being able to walk into Ketchum or jump right onto the groomed Wood River Trail in just moments. And as a plus, the owner Michelle was easily the clearest and most punctual property owner I've ever worked with.

Dear Michelle, Craig & family, What can I say but it was awesome! What a wonderful Christmas for our family. Skiing was great - we even got some great powder! Your place is so cozy - loved the 2 living rooms and hot tub. We would love to come again - if my legs can handle the slopes. Some good eats: Wise Guy Pizza, Rickshaw, Knob Hill (very nice dinner) & great Mexican at Despo's. Happy New Year!

This townhome was the perfect space for us. Beds are comfortable, which is really important to us. Lots of space, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed, they had. Great location, with a beautiful bike/jogging trail extremely close, beautiful view of the mountains. I don't know if we could have found a more perfect rental, I really don't. We had the most amazing stay and are looking forward to going back as soon as possible! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we loved it! Symoni

Great location, quiet and spacious

This was our first visit to the area and we were very lucky with this condo. It's close to downtown, yet on a quiet road. And right by the bike path. It was a great setup for our family - very roomy and comfortable. I loved that Michelle provides you with laundry detergent, etc. - less stuff to have to buy. Great bathrooms too! And when we locked ourselves out, Michelle responded to our email immediately and got us back in the condo. Highly recommended!!

We had a group of 8 that did the Sawtooth relay. It worked out great for us. Super location and it was very clean and well maintained. I sent the owner several emails and she was very fast getting back to me. I would very much recommend this property to any one.... and the hot tub was great.

This home is spacious, comfortable, well maintained and equiped with everything a family would need for an extended stay. The owner, Michelle, is very responsive and easy to work with. The location in Ketchum is within walking distance of everything, yet quiet. We've been to the Sun Valley region numerous times over the past twenty years and I'll have to say this is as near perfect as any accomodation could be.

Felt like home

The condo was better than what we had expected! We felt right at home, it was so cozy and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. We met in Sun Valley for my daughter's 16th birthday and it was so nice to be able to have enough room for us all to sit and visit. We enjoyed the shopping and went ice skating during our stay. Michelle was so easy to work with and communicate with, there were no worries what so ever. We are already planning a trip for this summer and will be staying in the Sabina condo!

We were very pleased with this home. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was close to the ski lift, and the town of Ketchum. We loved the spa after skiing all day. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed, and the home was very quiet. We would recommend this home.

My two teenage boys and I spent a great week at the River Run condo in August. It was the perfect balance of...everything. Comfortable, plenty of space, conveniently located yet nicely outside the busy zone. We biked everywhere, climbed Baldy, went to the music festival and craft fair, shopped, cooked, read, and enjoyed the company of good friends. Couldn't have been better. Thanks!

We met family from Utah for a quick 3day get-a-way. What a great place! Great location, nicely furnished, wonderful hot tub and a private secure garage, (important since we rode our motorcycles). Michelle was great to work with. We will return!

What a perfect place! I was looking for a condo for my mother when she came to visit with a friend. The condo was great, everything we needed was available, very comfortable and quiet. Close to town, an easy walk or bike to all Ketchum/Sun Valley has to offer. During the winter access to the mountain is just down the path...very nice! Finding the right condo in town is a great way to visit the valley, no hurried mornings going out for breakfast or coffee, just a nice start to the day. I recommend anyone looking to visit SV, consider the Sabina condo, you will not be disappointed!

Had a wonderful 5-day summer stay here with four kids. Attractive, well-equipped townhouse in a quiet location. Great place to relax or to use as a base for Ketchum/Sawtooth exploring. Owner was great to work with.

A great time! This was our first trip to Idaho. We all enjoyed the condo, especially the hot tub after a long days' hike or bike. Weather was fantastic. Enjoyed Rico's and Ketchum Grill - although steaks on the grill at the condo were the best. This is an ideal place to stay and had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing it with us!
