This unbelievable Donner Lakefront House is located on the north shore (south facing-lots of sun), 1/8 mile east of The Donner Market and Kitchen.
Fully renovated in 2001, this residence was beautifully built with large picture windows which give full lake views from the common living areas and master bedroom. The view is truly awe inspiring!
Enjoy the large, partially covered deck off of the great room, equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ, and one of most stunning views of Donner Lake imaginable. Walk down the deck steps to large lake level deck and pier, both fully refinished this June.
The master bedroom is located on the third floor. This room is set up with a small patio, king bed, airy bathroom with a jet tub and stand up shower and cozy entertainment area with a TV, stereo and loveseat.
