This unbelievable Donner Lakefront House is located on the north shore (south facing-lots of sun), 1/8 mile east of The Donner Market.
Fully renovated in 2001, this residence was beautifully built with large picture windows which give full lake views from the common living areas and master bedroom. The view is truly awe inspiring!
Enjoy the large, partially covered deck off of the great room, equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ, and one of most stunning views of Donner Lake imaginable. Walk down the deck steps to large lake level deck and pier, both fully refinished last June.
The master bedroom is located on the third floor. This room is set up with a small patio, king bed, airy bathroom with a jet tub and stand up shower and cozy entertainment area with a TV, stereo and loveseat.
And, the most amazing view! Simply stunning!
Other sleeping areas include a Queen bedroom with private bath, Double bedroom with an extra twin bed and a loft with two double beds and two twin beds.
Brand new furniture arrived last summer!

We had such a great time with the kids here! The view is truly breathtaking and the house is just perfect! Thank you Holly for making everything so easy for us! First fish were caught right off the pier! The kids couldn't get enough they were just thrilled! We rented a boat and had a fabulous time on the water. The accomodations are lovely and laid out very nicely for sleeping more than one family. We just had a blast and we highly recommend this beautiful home! We will be back again and again! Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Well we just finished our 3rd year in a row here at the Donner Lake House and absolutely love it. The kids love having a beach and dock at the house. We also keep our boat in the water which makes for some great early morning wakeboard sessions. Holly and Jim at Tahoe Concierge have always been great to work with in organizing our stay. We highly recommend it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Hello Holly, Just wanted to let you know my family and I had a great time at the house on Donner Lake. We all had so much fun and caught plenty of fish! The house had everything we would possibly need for our stay and the location was great and could not have been better. The house lived up to all the pictures on the website. I am strongly considering of making this an annual vacation for us. Thank you for all your help and please thank the owners for us. My family just returned from a fantastic five days at Donner, staying in this great "beach house"! I'm a little reluctant to let this "secret" out - I want to keep it to myself! It was perfect for our extended family to celebrate a milestone birthday. My only suggestion for the owners would be to add a fan in the loft! I appreciated that the cleaning deposit wasn't exorbitant like so many other rentals. Thank you, owners, for making this available to us!Owner response: Fans have been purchased for the loft!
