Come enjoy the incredible nature and beauty that the Outer Banks has to offer. Take an early morning or a moonlight stroll on the beach. Dogs are welcome to enjoy the serenity the Outer Banks has to offer. This home is perfectly located to enjoy the quiet of the beach and fishing or to go to many of the fine restaurants the Outer Banks has.
There is golfing, fishing, water sports too numerous to mention, shopping (antiques/outlet malls, souvenirs and some incredible local art), Jockey's Ridge, the Wright Brothers Memorial, incredible gardens and much more.
This home is a "70's beach box" built many years ago. It has been redone in some areas. It is duplex like yet only rented to one group. The lower level has a hot tub on the deck, a living room, kitchen with a bar, bedroom, full bath, garage and a game room that currently has a small sleep sofa and a card table.
Upstairs has a full kitchen with a large table, a full living room, a deck, four bedrooms (1 queen, 2 doubles, and the "kids room" has two sets of bunks) and one and a half baths. This house is very well stocked for cooking and enjoying a relaxing vacation. It is three houses back from the beach. It also provides a lot of parking. You can even bring your boat!!!!

Why the Owner Chose Nags Head
I love my vacations at the Outer Banks. I spend a lot of time on the beach. My kids love to fly kites, go boogie boarding, body surfing, fishing or just walking on the beach. I love that there is so much to do outside. If it rains there is also a lot to do. There is shopping, movies, and now even game areas for the kids. We also love to go put putting.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This home has two kitchens which is great for extended families or friends. It is three homes back from the beach so you can walk to the house easily if you need a "beach break". The fishing pier is right there and two pier passes are included with this rental. This house is the typical 70's beach house. . . even with Cargo furniture. It is very "comfy". Fishing is incredible at the Outer Banks. Manteo which boasts fines restaurants and great shopping as well as a lot of history is about ten minutes away. There is also a lot of shopping and fine dining in Kill Devil Hills and Kitty Hawk is is also minutes away. There is also a lot of culture. . . the Wright Brothers Memorial is local as are many beautiful gardens. A week isn't enough time to see and do is all.
