This house in the woods has been remodeled and is only 1 block from the beach. In this secluded location you will enjoy a designer interior and an exterior location to remember. The house is set up with 2 king beds and a bunk room for 4. There is a huge backyard that backs to the forest. You can take walks, enjoy the sun, play horseshoes, sit by the fire pit, BBQ and take it all in. There are no neighbors on one side and the location is extremely quiet. We have added speakers for the exterior for additional enjoyment. In the winter you can snowshoe and cross country ski from the backyard.
The interior has hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. One of the bathrooms has a heated marble floor. The lighting fixtures are newly redone and halogen low voltage lights illuminate the rooms. All furnishings are tasteful and comfortable.

Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Vista
The location of being on the end of the street and backing up the forest were key for my family. The flat lot and location also allow for easier snow days. The lack of neighbors and quiet neighborhood is also great.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Being in the back yard, that opens to forest is my favorite spot. It is especially nice to sit in the hot tub and look out at the trees and listen to the birds. Sitting around the fire pit is also a good time. In the winter our kids love to play in the snow and we take snow shoe walks in the meadow right behind us. Cross country skiers can leave right from the house and ski for hours.

I was born and raised at Lake Tahoe. It is a magical place and I haven't found too many other places that have so much to offer. The summer and winter activities are endless. Tahoe really is paradise!

Absolutely awesome. Everything was fantastic. All the beds where extremely comfortable with enough pillows for an army. The house was warm and had a wonderful homey feel. Everything worked perfectly and was very clean. There was plenty of space for 4 adults, 4 crazy kids, and 2 dogs. Firewood provided was a great touch. The kitchen was well stocked and user friendly. It is in a great location, walking distance to a great Italian restaurant and bar. We can't wait for our next visit.

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing stay in this home. VERY clean, welcoming, and tastefully decorated. Spacious inside...and especially outside! Very responsive, nice owners to work with. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home, great decor, cozy, very clean and worth it. Our family enjoyed playing horseshoes and sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and walking across the street to the beach. We will come back again.
